A car should leave a body shop with less dents than it went in with One would think a body shop would reduce the amount of dents on a vehicle, unfortunately this was not the case and my car acquired several new dents. After mentioning this to Mark Kowalski (owner)after immediately noticing the new dents from the road, he started denying it up and down and then began berating me, pointing out every other small scratch an dent on my vehicle and claiming that the new dents were probably there already, given that there are other imperfections on the vehicle. The dents in question are near the driver side handle, a piece of my vehicle they had to dismantle in order to fix damage to the door. They also called me three days in requesting that I pay an additional charge to fix damage to the door, I said, "No, I already said I did not want that fix what you quoted me on and thats it." They were very persistent, which struck me as odd, but all became clear once I spotted the new dents from the road. While they are small and probably wont have put much of a dent in the resale value, this puts a huge dent in Marksman Autobodys reputation. When is it okay to berate a customer to avoid responsibility??? It wouldnt have been as bad if the owner would have admitted the mistake, but clearly Marksman chooses to insult and belittle a person who is dissatisfied with their service, rather than addressing their complaint

I have had my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix repaired with Marksmen Autobody on two seperate occasions and I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed and would rate Marksmen Autobody 5/5 Stars! Theyre a wonderful bussiness and Sue and her staff make it so easy to make arrangments to get my car fixed up as soon as possible and back on the road in my possesion as quick as they can! They have repaired my drivers mirror which was hit off in a parking lot and my door which was backed up into. If youre ever involved in a crash and need to get your car fixed, give Marksmen Autobody a call, and theyll make your life so simple! Great Service Marksmen Autobody Team!

Brought my rear-ended Ford Focus to Marksman Auto Body after an initial helpful call with Ms. Pam. After reaching the shop, Mr. Mark immediately jumped in and asked for necessary details and was extremely courteous. He was very calm, composed and walked me through the process they follow for repairing the car. It took them exactly 2 days to complete the repair 9 (as promised). Also, collaborated with Enterprise Car Rental for my pick-up and drop. Helped me understand repairs and corresponding costs. Paint job was great, washed the car and vacuum cleaned interiors. 5/5 - quality repair 5/5 - impressive customer service 5/5 - genuine people

Im a college student that drives a 15 year old car, and I got into an accident that required a lot of work. I took it to Mark and Marksman and he worked with me for about a month and saved me ton of money while teaching me a lot in the process. Even though this was my first experience with being in an accident, I could not imagine there being a better person to help me out than Mark. He was very hands-on he selflessly walked me through some of the things I could do on my own. I have nothing but positive things to say about his service, and I would recommend him to anybody looking for the best service out there.

We had our Highlander repaired here after an accident and the charges kept racking up to a total of $14,000 which our insurance company covered. We were given an estimate and then every couple days we needed more work done. Two years later our car wont run and we need repair work done and we were told that the parts that were replaced were all used. Stickers still on the tie rod inicating the junk yard where the part was purchased. I am notifying Nationwide Insurance that they were charged and paid for new parts and we were given parts from a junk yard that are causing auto trouble now.

Marksman Auto Body has done work on my personal cars and company vehicles. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of their work is excellent. They understood the damage and costs involved in repairing it better than the insurance company adjuster! An older plastic part on the door broke when they were taking it apart and they replaced it for free; even though it was old and brittle and really not their fault that it broke. You can take your car here and relax....Marksman will take good care of you and your car. Thank You Mark, Lisa, Dennis and the rest of the crew!

That DEER was just standing there in the middle of the road!! We couldnt avoid it!! Mark was readily available by phone to help get a tow truck to us and get our car into his safe yard. The Crew at Marksman Auto Body were sooo helpful during the whole process of repairing the car and getting it back to us. There is NO other Body Shop I could recommend higher than Marksman Auto Body. Mark - thanks for taking care of me - my grandaughter, who was in the car when we hit the deer, thinks the car looks like brand new - and I agree with her.

These guys were great. They fixed the front fender on my 2014 Chrysler 300c which had scrapes, scuffs and dents from hitting a tire retread which was laying in the highway, in the dark. My work was done on time and well within budget. They contacted me regularly to let me know that I could expect the vehicle back and even that Id need an additional $75 item, which was appreciated. When I went to pickup the car, they were holding the door open for an elderly couple, which sums up the people at Marksman. Great experience, highly recommended.

I sent my mother to Marksman Auto Body after someone accidentally scratched her Pruis. She knows nothing about cars so I wanted to send her to someone I can trust. Mark and his staff took really good care of her. They did an excellent job matching the paint color and her car was ready when promised. We will definitely be back next time....

Best Paint shop around. Ive known Mark for about 20 years and have sent him a ton of customers that have done nothing but praise his work. He handles the jobs from beginning to end, starting with handling all the towing and Insurance paperwork that may need to be filed. Very Professional and very clean and well organized shop.

Marksman is the best! Ive had muliple dealings with Marksman thru my company and personal vehicles. Every experiance was very professional from start to finish.They helped us with the insurace company and kept in contact all the wat thru the process.I would recomend them to everyone.
