Crappy paint job in spots. Tried to tell me it had been wrecked and that I should have disclosed there was Bondo. Um, had the car since 2000 and NEVER been wrecked. So now the door has wrinkles. But oh well fix it for $100+ more dollars after it cures. On top of that, they lost our truck box bolts, and then we discovered they had jammed a screwdriver under the bumper to hold it in place rather than bolting it on. And the piece de resistance was the broken tailgate. We told them you have to shut it a certain way. But instead they just shoved it to, not following the instructions we gave them and now the tailgate is stuck tight. Morgan, who has been the ONLY positive in the whole process, said if wed get the parts (bc we could get them cheaper) they would fix it free of charge since THEY broke it. We take it up there and some guy informs us that it will now be $75 and the he proceeds to tell us we told him it was already broken and we had been kicking it to close it. Negative. We have never kicked the tailgate shut. These people take zero responsibility for THEIR mistakes, lazy work, bad attitudes and crappy job. And come on, holding the bumper together with a screwdriver....who does this????????????

If you want "paint out of a can appearance" and a different color than you expect, then this place is for you. I came to them to paint my hood after reading the decent reviews. The paint had bubbles and had large specs of dirt. On top of that they scratched my pillar and had the nerve to offer to paint the rest of the side. Do I want my car to look like Frankenstein, no thank you. He seemed confident at the time of the quote, but on the day of pick up, he was quick to remind me that he mentioned that "color may vary." ITS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RED, not a "few shades off." Worst of all, no remorse, no discount for the damage, and they left the car a mess inside and out. Not even "Im Sorry" Come here at your own risk.

I recently went to econo for a paint job, my car was purple and had a white hood and white paint on top of the car. I got it painted all black. They fixed my front bumper that had cracks in it and was suppose to fix my gas door but never did, they told me to come back later they would call me when the part got in, but i had to call them back a week later. Im omw up there now, but they mentioned it may not be the right door for it. I had already had paid for it with my paint job, but still had to wait. I admit I love my paint job, they did a great job. But as far as fixing what was needed for my car, I wasent satisfied. was a $305 dollar job for everything. It was reasonable I think If they fix my gas door.

This is the second truck I had painted here, and have NO complaints, both looked awesome after they finished. Good people to deal with, I will definitely go back when I need another one painted !!!!!!
