I tried to give them all the chances in the world to fix their mistakes before I posted my review and for the 3rd time no one has called back to fix the shotty job they did. They were recommended to me by USAA so I came in and they were super friendly. They had my car for longer than what seemed needed but I wasnt that bothered because I got a rental. However when I received my car back I realized items were missing from my car and when I brought it home my boyfriend who appraises cars showed me all the underlying things they thought I as a woman not in the car business would probably not notice but would cause issue later. I called them to let them know about both issues above and was told they found some stuff that might have been mine (but they never called me which would have been kind) and they said bring the car back in. I had my boyfriend bring it in and they did a few things he listed but when I called them to finish they always say they will call me back when the parts are in and they never do. Its been weeks now again. I normally dont write reviews but this whole situation is disheartening to me because I just didnt expect this from them at all because they seem so nice. Anywho I still havent heard back and I suppose ill just take it up with USAA now. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Well took car in after massive hail storm and i have had to take my car back already 2twice after they said job was completed. Car was very dusty , the logo at the back of the car was not put back on. My car had water damage inside while in their possession and my passanger front window a belt was broken by them and took forever to get the order and my car finished after they already had it 1 month and my insurance car wouldnt pay for more than 30 day rental. They did give me a rental and paid for it and my car to be deodorized inside due to water but i keep finding things wrong with my car. Its more of an inconvenience for me to keep having to call them.

Customer service is top notch!! Ive had my car repaired twice (once was my fault and the second was the other guys fault) so Ive dealt with both ends of it. Gary took really good care of me the second go round! He said I could come back any time if I noticed that something wasnt right and I absolutely believe it. He kept me informed on the repairs and when I had to keep the rental car over the weekend they took care of letting the insurance company know! They even went the extra mile and removed a sticker from my back windshield while they were working on it. Really great place!

After hitting a deer in our Honda Crosstour we were horribly saddened by the destruction that such a small animal did to our vehicle. Thanks to the awesome work of the guys up at Caliber Collision they made the process as painless as we could have hoped for by picking up the vehicle from our home almost immediately and putting us in a great rental vehicle allowing us to not worry and get back to work. As for the repair, Caliber Collision did an excellent job. They exceeded our expectation at a difficult time and made our car great once again. Thanks guys!

This company stinks. My girlfriend had her 4 Runner repaired at Image. Her insurance company (Geico) made us leave it there for repairs. We were promised for 4 days it be ready the next day. It has been done a month now and there are scratches in the paint and the clips fell out of the fender liner. After I went back to Image and sat and waited 30 mins for someone I left .I paid a friend $20.00 to replace them for me

They changed their name from Image to Caliber. But sucks big time. Had my car repaired there per GEICO and had to take it back because they put a used faulty strut on it. Took it in on a Tuesday morning and I called on Thursday at noon and said they had just got the part in and now its Friday 2pm still no word. They have the worse customer service and communication. Avoid... go somewhere else. Be forewarned..

My car was recently totaled, which Id never been through before. During the whole process everyone I spoke with was so very helpful. Marissa up front even went out and got my license plate off for me when I forgot to get it myself, so it wouldnt get taken away with the car. Great company, would use them again, but hopefully dont have to!

Caliber is a body shop that is extremely customer service oriented. They have an Enterprise rental on site and the people are friendly and informative. they text you updates throughout the process. i work second shift so they drove my car to my home and picked up my rental. if you are looking for a body shop this is the one to choose.

Caliber has always done a great job with my car. Unfortunately I have had to send it there a few times but I have always been more than satisfied with their work and customer service. My car is always finished on time if not early and they always keep me informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend them.

Never use this body shop!! My car had $6000 worth of hail damage & the paint job they did on my car is horrible. This is my 3rd time dealing with them for the same issues. They will never get my business again & I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this shop.

This body shop suck!! They charge me for new parts. Then put use parts on my car. They didnt connect washer fluid pump. They denied putting on the use parts. Like someone else did it... I would not recommend.

They said it would be four days. It ended up being nearly four weeks. Now we have to take the car back because they didnt finish the job. Same thing happened to a friend who had hail damage.
