Very friendly but Im not dining at a restaurant I care more about the quality of work. I took my bmw there to get driver rear panel fixed when I got my car back and took it to get cleaned I noticed paint overspray and a fracture in the paint I took it back to have over spray taken care off again very friendly I pointed out the spots I notice on the door lower driver door . They took care of it but still had a mark. After next cleaning I found more over spray took it back and again they took care of it. This again happened two more times overspray on trunk and door. While fixing the rear panel they broke the molding around the window they notified me and they replaced it but after 3 weeks it started lifting from the car. They told me they would order a new one and take care of it the would call me when the new window molding came in. A month went by I heard nothing finally I went in to see what was going on. They kindly took me to work and picked me up when they were finished the window molding. Looks good but now there is a new dent in the area which they worked and is the same area they just fixed so I know the dent wasnt there. I wash and clean my car and take very good care of it. I know every little spot on my car now all finished and Im left with a flaw in the paint and a new small dent. Although small I noticed and I worked really hard for my bmw Im extremely disappointed. They need to be more careful when working on someone elses pride and joy.

Recently had an rear ending accident. Some paint damage, broken plastic and bumper cushion damage to my car. Not only does Caliber have a collision center, they also have Allstate adjusters in their facility so everything about my situation was handled in one facility. As for the work, my car now looks just like the day I bought it, paint matched, plastics replaced and on top of all of that it was as clean as a whistle. The whole process was smooth as well, front desk receptionist was helpful, friendly and didnt keep anyone waiting around. I was updated constantly about my repairs and how long it would take, I recieved texts and phone calls letting me know everything was complete. The service was great, the work was great and if I ever have to do service with Caliber again, I know the job with get done right. I recommend Caliber to anyone that needs service to their vehicles.

WOWWWWW!!!!! 10 STARS!!! Talk about excellent above and beyond customer service. From the receptionist Patricia to the gentleman, Justin, who not only helped with my car when it was wrecked, but I was so wowd I sent my moms car there. I walked in there with 3 carseats a 3yrold, 4yr old, a newborn, and 11yr old. Patricia gave me popcorn and drinks for the kids and they had a play area for them. Patricia called Enterprise and situated my rental and pick up Justin and the whole crew there helped me undo all my car seats, kids, and stuff. I was so happy when I picked up the car it looked GREATTTTT amazing work looked even better than when I bought it and it wad detailed inside Justin went above in beyond even after my car was completed. I sent my mothers car over and it was the same amazing help. Thanks Calibur Collision I will always use and recommend u.

I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident in Lee County, Florida and brought my vehicle for repairs into Caliber Collision on Andrea Lane. Not only were my repairs handled in a timely manner, but Carl and Patricia went above and beyond the typical call of duty to assist me with the insurance paperwork. I was dealing with the at-fault driver’s cut-rate insurance company and had many speed bumps along the way. Carl and Patricia both diligently continued to speak with the insurance company and adjusters to make sure my payment was confirmed and everything was taken care of. In my 27 years I have never experienced customer service like I have received from the staff at Caliber Collision. It is with their patience and kindness that I consider myself to be a lifelong customer of Caliber Collision.

Have to say this is one of the best experiences that Ive ever had when it comes to a service. Matt and Justin gave me a lot of help since my first visit to Caliber. After the repair was completed, my car just looks like a brand new one and its cleaned up every corner. I was also impressed by the daily email/text status update of the car repair. Im really thankful for their service!

Matt was awesome. My parents were hesitant of me going here but Im glad I did because Matt took his time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it right up for me. It was near closing time but his only focus was my car and I wish there were more caring mechanics like him. He deserves a raise haha.
