I could not be happier with the customer service I received at Gerber Collision at 13081Metro Parkway. I have had to use Gerber Collision on 2 different occasions and the work provided was excellent. I recently had some issues from an area that was repaired and since it was guaranteed for life, I took it back to the Gerber Collision at 12791 Metro Parkway. The manager there was very rude and tried to tell me that my vehicle must have been in another accident and that is why the repair did not hold up. My vehicle has not been in another accident and the damage was pretty obvious that it was from the repair not another accident. My wife and I left and went to the location at 13081 Metro Parkway. The manager Francisco Alvarez was an absolute blessing. He looked at the damage and agreed to fix it and explained what most likely happened and why the repair was not holding up. He took the time to explain everything and make sure that we were taken care of. He repaired the vehicle in just a few days and we were back to enjoying our vehicle. I highly recommend this location and more specifically Francisco. A collision shop is a business you hope that you do not need the services of, but if you do, Gerber Collision is the place to go. Francisco really understands customer service and was a real pleasure to work with.

I dont normally post reviews - good or bad so here goes: My son goes to college in Ft. Myers. We live in Miami. I got a call that he had an accident. He was safe but the car didnt fair so well. The front end had body and mechanical damage. GEICO told me about Gerber. I worked with Frank by email, text and phone. He was very responsive. He went above and beyond at each stage of the repair. He didnt make promises that he didnt keep, which is so common in this industry. I never had to drive over there to resolve anything. I highly recommend Gerber - and ask for Frank.
