While it my not be my last time where ill need work done on my car it was my 1st time coming here. Global Auto & Body the best of those that i will continuously refer to if anyone needs body work done. The way he handled all the issues that surfaced, the way he handled the insurance company, the way he handled my rental situation. The owner needs more than 5 stars. He has a very kind and very polite manner in which stood above and transcended into me having a great outlook on the way he helped me with i had a very bad day walking into his shop on what happened to my car he made light of the problem and helped and went above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldnt dare dream or go any where else this place fixed my car in the timely manner and not only do i give them a 5 star rating this place should have more than 5 star rating. everyone in Cleveland should come here and go no where else he made my car look like i was getting it off the dealer lot again. Emad and his staff made my car look like new. Emad the owner even offered to take care of everything for me, including setting us up with a rental. this place is great and he is even better.

If you ever need a collision center to fix your car this is the best place to go to. I broke the mirror of an Infiniti FX 37 ....All the mirrors mechanics including the camera, the lamp etc were fine.... just the cosmetic part of it was destroyed..... I went to the Infiniti dealership and they told me I had to replace the whole mirror because there was no way to fix it.....The Infiniti dealership wanted $1,320 for the mirror plus $120 for the back cover plus $300 labor......for a total of $1,740. I checked Global Auto Body online and I saw they had good reviews so i decided to go for a quote. I talked to a lady called Sara and the owner I believe. They were really friendly and professional when i came in. They told me they could order just the parts needed unlike the dealership that wanted me to replace the whole mirror. Sara did a fantastic job with the mirror and the job was on time. They put all the parts together and also painted with the right color ....it looks just perfect. I definitely will come back later if i ever need to and also i would recommended to anyone. Thanks guys!!!

I found this auto body shop while I was searching for a good place to get the scratches off of my Jeep. I wanted to go somewhere that was family-run and customer oriented. Im so glad I made the decision to come to Global Auto because as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and appreciated. I was initially worried about getting ripped off for the price of the work, but they gave me a quote that was extremely fair and I know if I went somewhere else it probably wouldve been higher - so I decided to drop my Jeep off to them that day and I got it back 3 days later, it looked brand new! They did a phenomenal job and I really appreciate the value I received. Im looking forward to going back there for all of my future vehicle needs. I also recommend anyone looking for a great body shop to take their cars there.

Called Global on a recommendation from a friend who had work done after I rear-ended someone with my 99 Accord and needed several large body parts replaced out of pocket. The folks at Global were willing to work using parts I supplied, and got the job done quickly and well at a reasonable price. I had shopped around the Cleveland area and the only other shop that did a reasonably thorough estimate for the work required would have cost me a great deal more. This is a place where you can get the work you need done without having to worry about the shop trying to sell you repairs you dont need. The folks at Global Auto Body were friendly and competent and I would not hesitate to bring my car to them again if I need work done. Thank you Emad and the whole Global Auto Body & Collision family, you were great!

For real, hands down the best body shop in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they do and they found me discounted upgrades. Talk to Sarah about anything you want to do while your car while it is in the shop and she has no problem ordering for you and theyll get it done while the fix the damage. They also have a automotive shop up the street so if you need to fix something else while youve got it in, they can send it there and they know what their doing better then any shop Ive ever been to. Thanks again guys for putting my faith back into those who service and upkeep my vehicles. Highly recommended. My insurance sent me there saying that they have a 4.6 out of 5 rating and if I could I would give it a 10 out of 5 cause theyre the best around.

Service was excellent here. Emad is the owner and he personally handles most cases, this just goes to show you his level of dedication. My car needed to have the frame pulled a bit and I had told him to hold off on that and just to put the bumper on there. He went ahead and pulled the frame for me, because he didnt like how the bumper would have looked and Emad told me that he didnt want to give me a car he wasnt happy with. My car looks absolutely fantastic now! He kept it at a great price as well, when Honda itself was charging me and absurd amount of money. Obviously, they care a great deal about their customers here. Will definitely be recommending Global to everybody thats in need of their services.

Needed some dents and scratches repaired on a leased Cadillac before turn in. The leasing company wanted to price gouge me on the work, so I took my car to Global instead. Emad and his staff made my car look like new, for nearly half the price! This place has everything you could want when it comes time to deal with the headache of auto repair. Global offers high quality work at a fair price. Getting fast, friendly service from a locally owned business is icing on the cake. I will surly come back to Global for my next auto repair project.

I just picked up my 2013 Toyota Corolla after it had an argument with a wheelbarrow loaded with cement and lost. Global Auto did a fantastic job buffing and where that was inadequate repainting it; making the car look better than when I purchased it. The job took less time than I thought and I was advised as to how to treat the paint job for the next 30 days. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I would use them again (hopefully I wont have any more accidents) and would highly recommend them.

Let me save you the trouble if shopping around. I heard this place was highly recommended.After this last episode with my car I wish I Ieave more stars. There are not enough words to describe how this shop has helped me. I was sure my car was going to keep stressing me out because of the expense. I am blown away by thier professionalism and generousity. They worked with my deductible and saved me the headaches I would get when I dealt with other shops. I cannot show my appreciation enough .Thank you guys so much :-)
