I normally do not write a review about a company but I came across one that deserves it. To be honest I wasnt looking at Crash Depot to do the work on my truck. I was thinking about doing it my self or have having another shop do it. That was before my insurance company recommend them as one of there preferred shops. I know what you are thinking never use the preferred shops because they cut corners to save the insurance money NOT HERE. I looked at the reviews on line and at only 16 I was like I dont know about this. All were 5 and said good things. So i thought i can get the esestament there and see what also I could find. That all changed after I got there. A small business that was very clean and very respectful of the customer . I like small business. Chance the owner very convenient in explaining what needed to be done and how it needed to get done. With that I was going to take a chance no pun intended and let them do the job. After looking at the truck he dealt with the insurance, ordered parts, and did all the prep work before I dropped off my truck. Chance told me that he would need it for a day maybe two. I will tell you that communication is key in a business I deal with. Chance called well enough in the day that I knew he would need it for the second day. (Really like a half a day.) When I went to pick up my truck I checked from head to toe for any short cuts or sloppy work and could not find any. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up some small scratches on the front. I was very impressed with everything. I told you that they didnt cut corners and needed it for a second day let me explain that. After getting into to the repairs they found a bracket that was bent and need a new one. (now it may have been able to be straighten out and reused that is what taking a short cut is) That is doing there job taking care of you the customer. I have no doubt they did just that. Communication communication communication is the key to making a business work and you will find that here. I WILL be back and have started to spread the word. Give them a shot you wont regret it. I am glad I took a chance. Thanks to you and your team it is well deserved.

I have to share my experience with Crash Depot Ive never posted a review before but for Crash Depot I have to. It was the most pleasant experience b/c Chance made it easy and simple and worry-free, got my vehicle two days earlier than expected, great place I highly recommend them! I had to give this shop a review b/c thats how I found it by reading other peoples reviews so I feel its only right that I share one too for other people that need help finding an honest reliable shop & now I see why I read such great reviews, they werent playing around when they said they get the job done right. Im so pleased with the service from Crash Depot, Chase is an awesome guy who really knows how to treat a customer, he basically takes care of all your needs, all you do is show up and hell do the rest... I definitely recommend this business, you cant go wrong with them.. By the way when I picked up my car it was so clean in and out that it looked like a car from a dealership showroom... Most courteous,friendly,and helpful auto collision shop! They went well out of their way and above and beyond with the repair process even working with my insurance company and the adjuster .
