This will be my 10th car in my lifetime.. My first Subaru! My very first contact with Bill Bryan dealerships was on the phone last Tuesday with Lori from the Bill Bryan Kia dealership in regards to a slightly used Subaru Impreza H/B that I had seen online. Lori was very welcoming on the phone and made me feel instantly like I was a friend. I told her I was unsure about if it was the right car for me and had another brand in mind. Lori assured me that if the car didnt suit my needs, expectations or liking, they had several other brands very close by and she would be happy to show me around. I drove up from Orlando a day earlier than schedule with a storm front that had already set in, so the sales staff at the Kia dealership drove me over to the Subaru dealership just a stones throw away. Super nice! There I met the man " MAC-CRACKEN... Joe..... Joe McCracken " ) Not just a great salesman but an Awesome guy!!! I didnt feel pressured. Joe was very patient with me.. ALL MY QUESTIONS.. I knew nothing about Subaru and now I am an expert! Thats why I own one now : ) Thanks Joe! Made me feel like he was treating me as if I was sister and only wanted the best for me. Joe took me out on 3 test drives 2 models of the Impreza Hatchback Sport, Limited and the New Crosstrek. A massive storm blew up, the Subarus all handle great with their AWD precision and independent breaking! I love the CVT.. I might have scared him a bit.. a blonde paddle shifting through the gears?.. Sporty as all get out! Loved it.. had to have it! Great demo then ... I went home ..I slept on it.... The next morning I spoke with Antonio & Ozzie both from finance, they were very helpful and informative about my finance options which made my purchase decision even easier to make. I showed up at the dealership and Joe MAC took me on not one more, but 2 more test drives .. he is a trooper! The best part about this whole experience is that a dealership exceeded my expectations..!! Not only did I get the color, options I wanted, better yet I got the sickest custom leather seats, which sets my Impreza apart from the rest.. My jaw dropped and I was like " Stick a fork in me, I am done..Sign me up! I have got to drive this off the lot tonight.. I want this to be my ride for at least the next 10 years!!!" In case you didnt know it for future Subaru owners, Bill Bryan has leather added to some models which makes yours not just the norm. I love mine because its different than the rest...! I live in Houston TX. I have been shopping for a very specific car for over a year. These cars are very hard to find and even harder to find in good condition. I found what I was looking for listed on-line. The car was listed by Bill Bryan Subaru. It was a 2006 Lotus Exige. Buying a car like this without seeing it in person can be a daunting task. You can imagine the anxiety... But these guys used phone, email and text and picture messages to stay in touch with me whenever I needed it. I regularly received communication from these guys even after 9pm. The GM of Bill Bryan followed up with an email asking me about my experience... He asked me 3 questions. This is what I replied with... "To answer your questions... 1) So far your team of Robert and Antonio have been excellent. Im buying one of your vehicles from out of state. Which can be a nerve racking endeavor. However, communication has been excellent and my expectations have been met so far. 2) Youve earned my business. Working with a dealer out of state and buying a car youve never seen in person, can be a risky proposition. Robert and Antonio have made me comfortable with excellent photos and information. Ive received all documentation in a timely manner and theyve been very patient with me. 3) We are at the point now, that I am just waiting for delivery to be set up. (Which Robert tells me should be this weekend or Monday) Hopefully well finish up strong and the car will be delivered soon and meet my expectations once it arrives! Joe - Thank you for following up. Its appreciated!" The car has since been delivered. Ive had it for 2 months. I brought it to the local Lotus dealership and they said the car was perfect. It didnt need anything. They didnt even need to add any fluids anywhere. Friendly, communicative, helpful staff... that got me my dream car exactly as described. Cant ask for any more than that! Rich Barbetta Houston TX

I wouldnt give this place any stars. Staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Barbara the first person I delt with was very professional, courteous, and honest. Ms. Barbara is a keeper shes probably whats keeping the place open. Cant say the same for two managers I delt with. Its such a shame that being managers they were very unprofessional and rude. One of the managers had the nerve to say that the price of a car was not negotiable because they needed to keep the lights on and he had mouths to feed at home. Are you f**king kidding me even I know thats the wrong thing to say to a customer looking to purchase a vehicle. The second manager was very rude, snatching papers from us and tried to falsify information on a credit application after I specifically gave all the proper information. What really did it for me was when he said that he guaranteed me a certain interest rate without even getting an approval from the bank yet. His explanation was I would take the car home and then once he got the approval within a day or two he would notify me of the approval. I dont think so.... once we made it to Mr. Ray to finalize the sell he wanted me to sign a paper saying that if the bank were to investigate or want to verify employment and place of residence; I would be signing that any discrepancy would basically fall back on me. I made him aware I was not signing because his salesman had lied on our credit applications stating that my father lived with me after I told him that he did not and not mention they had his license with his address. So Mr. Ray stated that he would correct all the paperwork and have a serious talk with the salesman. Which he did and even got us a lower interest rate. Once everything was said and done we walked out of there with a car and and very sour taste in our mouth with regards to this dealership. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Terrible, terrible experience.

I was in the market for a new car, since mine had been rear ended and totalled the week before I had met Joe. I had looked at several different brands of automobiles including the Ford Escape which was my prior vehicle. I had owned a Subaru some years ago and, heard a good deal about the Forester so, I stopped in and talked to Joe McCraken. Joe showed me the different Forester models and, a few videos on the all wheel drive system. I decided to test drive the Forester 2.0 XT Touring which was up on the raised stand. Joe had the car ready for me the next day to test drive as promised. Joe was busy with a customer at the time that I stopped in so, Dustin Rooney handled the test drive with me. Dustin did a great job of explaining the features and benefits of the Forester. I returned the next day to see Joe and purchased the vehicle since, I was quite impressed with the ride, power and quality of the Forester. The main reasons I chose the Forester was safety, power, and the Eyesight system. I have had the car for only a few days and love the vehicle. The Eyesight system works great. I drove the car to the office today using the Eyesight system and, did not have to use the brake or accelerator until about a half mile from the office. The system did all the breaking, stopped behind the lead vehicle at traffic stops and, then resumed my set speed once the lead vehicle proceeded through the traffic light - green light. Very impressive system. Joe is a great guy to deal with and, made the purchasing experience a pleasure. So, if you are looking for a new Subaru make sure to see Joe at Bill Brian.
