Very poor quality, hood,fendor,grill,bumper none if these where aligned properly and I mean really bad from no gap to huge gap. Paint was a totally different shade of white, both headlights had damage but they only replaced one, paint had huge imperfections in it, truck was misaligned and back bumper was sagging, hood had body filler under paint, rear door was never adjusted and sagging, they chipped the paint on the door handle. Geico says that car had previously been repaired but this is untrue, Geico said that the paint color difference is because one is metal and one is plastic but after I showed him my Mercedes that just had repairs to the truck,bumper and rear quarter panel he agreed that was a better quality repair than the car they just fixed, difference was I used a dealer and not the Geico preferred company. The management said that he was the one that did the work to the car and after I showed him the issues that was so obvious he had nothing to say. Bottom line is Geico is in favor with these recommended repair shops and they will not stand up for you because they are in business with the repair shop and not you. Poor quality, unprofessional Geico and Gerber body collision and glass stay clear unless you like unprofessional quality job.

This the first time I have used Gerber but they have gained my loyalty. Parts were ordered quickly the total repair for the front and rear bumper on my Dodge took only two full business days. Dropped off on Monday morning, picked up car on Tuesday evening. The quick repair was not the only surprise - this company spruced up my car and it looked better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off; it was completely vacuumed inside and they washed the outside - even getting off the dried bug droppings - but heres the kicker, they also shined up my tires. My car looks new and I have Gerber to thank for such a good job. By the way, their service estimator "Rosa" is the best!

Unless you dont a call back or are expecting a call to know how your vehicle is doing, they are good. Horrible follow up skills, I called multiple times asking for my adjuster, left a message on more than 3 occasions with the receptionist asking for a call back, and the post-it note must have gotten lost because I never got a call back...ever. Please fix this guys!

Poor customer service, very unprofessional on how they spoke to me like I was wasting their time. Went in for an estimate on my car after an accident and they refused to look at my car even after my insurance made an appt for me to have one done. They had a total disregard to my needs and acted like I had no clue what I was talking about.
