My husband got in an accident where someone rear ended him. All that needed to be done was cosmetic work. This was not a front end deal. It took them 3 weeks to fix the car. It was 3 days later than promised and we only knew of the extended lead time because we both called. The girl who answered said theyd call us by 4 yesterday because it was about to be done. They didnt contact him until 2 p.m. a day later. The work looks nice, but service itself is majorly lacking. I wouldnt recommend.

Vehicle not done at promised date, which is fine I understand that things happen and cant be prevented. However it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call with a heads up on the situation so I could plan accordingly. Especially since the texts that were sent said everything was on schedule. I had no way of getting to/from work or picking up my car back up the next day.

This guys have terrible customer service. The car came back okay, but after 6 weeks of dealing with them (Original estimate 2 weeks), I was just happy to have my car back. Now the rental car company charged me when they said they would pay...
