Took car to this location. Got an estimate super easy and nice people. They said they had to get it into the north ridgeville location, ok no big deal. Sunday night I drop it off they estimate a week at the absolute most which is just a guess and I know thats all you can do, I get called Tuesday saying hey the insurance guy is out here just cut another check, itll be done by Friday or mon-tues latest next week even my insurance guy called and said theyd have it finished by Friday or Monday. Monday and Tuesday of the 2nd week came no phone call. No update on my car. Finally I call on Thursday and I ask where its at and they say its not done yet. I asked to speak to a manager I said why would I be told a few different times when itll be done. And then nothing or a different story. I understand that things take longer or people get busy, but at least tell me. Manager didnt even sound sincere when he apologized. I get my car back finally (it took 2 full weeks I imagine longer if I didnt call about it) and car looked good. Bunch of white residue on the bumper thinking it was left from bodywork , and the salesman said oh thats just soap. Im thinking really leave it all over? Whatever got my car back and looks good. Also my cup holder insert was missing, but got that back a few weeks later. People in medina office were nice though. Not a great experience for a first time customer. Changing the time of it to be done 3 times, the half ass job vacuuming out the inside. Cup holders missing and the white residue left all over the front of my car. Had heard about people getting their car really detailed or a gift I received nothing but frustration. Body work looks good, hopefully itll stay that way. Recap, a few months later I saw random felt cloth between my bumper hanging out. I go back to the medina location bc I saw my bumper was crooked, and ask about the cloth felt that was hanging out. Manager was nice and didnt have an explanation, kinda made me feel like I put it there. Whatever. Pulled the felt out and adjusted the bumper. A few months after that, another thing of felt hanging out. (I assume the felt was used to protect paint when putting the bumper back on so they can get it on the car without damaging it, then removing it after its adjusted) anyways all and all, horrible experience, and wish I would have went somewhere else. But I did my research and this place had the best reviews.

I brought my car here with damage done to the rear left bumper and quarter panel. They said there was some previous damage done to the bumper, and that if they had to correct it they would. The work was done in a little under two weeks, and thats the timeline I was told. The day after I picked up my car, I realized the tip of the bumper was not lined up correctly. I took it back and had it corrected. I took the car home and the next day took a close look at the spot and realize again the bumper is not correctly aligned (touches in the middle and gabs in the front and back), and there are paint blobs in the paint job (maybe from bondo). The quarter panel wheel well is even rounded off more than the other side of the bumper is, which I wasnt going to make a big deal about, but thinking I should now. Two photos attached of the paint imperfection and bumper not aligned. Call back in and let them know. I was told "there was previous damage that was not allowing us to fix your car 100%, and we have been discussing this". They told me to call in next Thursday when the GM would be in... I hung up not upset until I realized, they apparently knew about the problem, but NEVER told me it was not fixed 100%, but they had no problem taking 100% of the payment... This is very upsetting and hoping it will be corrected. For now though, I would not recommend this establishment, which I find disheartening because I went here based on the reviews. I will update when the issue is resolved, but at this time I would take my business to one of the other body shops in Medina.

By far THE worst experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. They inspected my car for a repair I went in for 2 weeks ago and i was given a quote of $66.77. Walk out today 2 hours later paying the bill, with a new white paint scratch on the back of my mirror like they ran into something and a 6" gouge going through my drivers side glass window. Oh and an estimate for a new $2,400 door!!! When I told them both of those scratches were NOT on my NEW car 2 hours ago, the estimator said "you wouldnt have known, your car is dirty." And sprayed windex on it. As if that was going to help. I told them to take the part off and I wouldnt be doing business there and the estimator told me hes not going to take it off and even if they do, I still have to pay for it bc his guys already worked on it and vested time into it and the part they ordered is not returnable. So, I went for another estimate at a different shop, the door was taken apart again and an estimate was given to me for $425.75. And they informed me that the part that was installed at South of the Square Collision was put on improperly AND there was not a part number OR serial number on it like all parts have when coming from a manufacturer. And there was no need for a new door. Just a door hinge and ANOTHER real part they had just replaced wrong. No doubt I called the BBB and the attorney generals office to file complaints and find a solution to this unnecessary headache. Employees at South of the square collision in Medina, you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

From the moment I walked through the door to get an estimate until I drove off the lot with my expertly repaired vehicle, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of South of the Square North Ridgeville. The office looks more like a new car dealership than an auto repair business. Angie greeted me with a welcoming smile. She directed me to Doug who offered me a beverage and began assessing my situation and efficiently worked up an estimate. He informed me of the timeline of getting the parts and making the repairs. I later dropped off the vehicle after business hours and used the convenient key drop. I was kept informed by phone of the expected time of completion. Upon pick-up I found that the work was of excellent quality plus the inside of my vehicle was immaculate. I was given a goody bag of candy, coffee cup and other practical items. Doug escorted me to my vehicle for my inspection and asked if I had any questions about the quality of the work done. They matched to paint on the new parts with the old and each part had and excellent fit. I not only will have any future body work done by South of the Square North Ridgeville but I have told many friends and family members of the outstanding work and experience I had with this business which breaks the mold of auto repair establishments. Thank you for your excellent service.
