I took two vehicles to Golden Auto Body, 15325 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44142-1615. Jim was straight talking and worked up estimates with me in real time. He pulled up online catalogs to get parts prices, added his labor, and then gave me recommendations on whether to have it fixed or not. For my 2001 minivan whose auto-door opener stopped working and also had rust on the quarter panels and rocker panels, he recommended living with it because I wouldnt get my $ out of it. For my 2003 sedan, the rust repair was up to me. Not terribly expensive to fix. I really liked his honest assessments.

Jim was super helpful. Hes obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly computed an estimate and patiently answered my questions. The repairs were completed within the expected number of days. He did a great job and even went the extra mile and de-fogged my headlights, which I didnt even think to ask for. If your car has been in an accident or needs other body work, I would highly recommend Golden Auto Body.
