We had an issue with a bathroom remodel, and CBUS did a great job for us. We called one day and they were here the next morning! When the technician was on the way I received a text that included his picture. I think this is a great touch! Lance was our tech and he was great. He was personable yet professional and fixed every single problem we had. Wed hire CBUS and Lance again any time. Thanks for your fast and excellent service!

I contacted them after hours for emergency service after our AC went out on an extremely hot day. They were all so helpful and quick to send the next tech available, Mike, to our home. The problem was worse than we expected but he clearly communicated all our options and came up with a temporary fix to get the cool air back on quickly. We will use their service again on our properties in Columbus.

We had the furnace, A/C unit, and Water heater replaced by Cbus heating and cooling. Not only were they very quick to get us scheduled, but they were very professional, informative, and caring. They were careful to not make a big mess coming in and out of the house and they cleaned everything up before they finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.

5 stars to CBUS!!! We have had them at our home several times . From the smallest things including checking the water heater, to replacing the house on kitchen faucet, to replacing our A/C unit..Mike and his crew are always prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and very affordable. Highly recommend them you cant go wrong with them.

This company has it together, from customer service to installation crew. I absolutely love the notification I received when the tech was on the way. Picture of who was coming. No more surprises for me at the door. Highly skilled techs, advised me of multiple options. No high pressure sales tactics.. Call these guys!!!!!

We had a great rough-in crew come in and install our HVAC in our renovation however after a few months and several requests, we are still waiting for a rough inspection. Looks like we will need to find another company to finish the job they started.

The technician was very good and found the problem with the heat pump quickly. He spend time explaining all the details how to operate the air conditioning effectively. I would recommend him to anybody that has problem with their air conditioners.

Lance did a great job. We had several issues with our Water Heater and Lance went above and beyond to get it back up and running. The home office communicated very well and even helped by picking up a part from the depot to save time.
