My wife and I are so thankful for Eddie Gause that was sent out by Pampering Plumber. It was an emergency call. Our Master toilet overflowed and then sewage started backing up in both bathroom tubs. We wanted to take the time to write this because Eddie did such a great job. He methodically went through problem solving the areas that had caused the back up and cleaned out what was blocking and all with a cheerful heart and attitude which helped us stay calm. Excellence, professionalism are two words that come to mind in trying to describe Eddie. My wife appreciated his care in wearing the shoe protection and his added care in not tracking any of the bathroom overflow elsewhere. He treated my house with care like it was his own he would be taking care of. Thanks Eddie and Pampering Plumber.

We had no hot water on Saturday night at dinner time. We checked Angies List and called The Pampering Plumber. We have not used them before. Eddie was out here within the hour. Hard to believe but he was. We needed a new water heater and he had one on the truck. We had trouble with the old water heater a couple of months ago. We had a contract with another service and I dont think they wanted to replace it at their expense so just kept it going. We called them first and got a run-around ......the truck is broken, need to call someone else, "maybe tomorrow", etc. We are canceling that service. Eddie was very personable and knowledgeable and had a new water heater installed, in no time. We couldnt be happier with the service. We will always call him from now on.

Im not too excited. The water heater which started leaking yesterday was under warranty. However the cost to replace it is $539.00. What that means in my world is I paid $1705.00 for a water heater. That pretty much eliminated any cost savings that may have been appreciated by replacing the old one. If the replacement leaks in the next 14 months thats a $2244.00 hot water heater. Im going to time this guy today and see what the hourly rate break down is to disconnect and connect three fittings and a vent pipe. Hospitals and plumbers,,,,,sheez!

We have used The Pampering Plumber for about 4 years for all our needs. We (my wife) are very picky and always ask for Eddie. He does great work with no shortcuts. He uses booties on his feet when in the house. He uses a protective carpet wherever he may be working in side your home. He cleans up after himself. Always offers great advice. Heck, he even speaks english! If Eddie and the Pampering Plumber can please us, you will be pleased as well.

Worst service ever. Plumber was on site for less than 10 minutes. Tells me over the phone that the job has a warranty of 90 days, but then writes in the receipt that there is no warranty. My tenant signed not knowing what was our phone conversation. Two weeks and $176.00 later, same problem and they wont honor what we talked over the phone. They just didnt care. Very disappointed, not pampered at all

Finally, an honest plumber that is not out to hustle you. Scheduled times were met or a call was made to project a new time. Service was fast, efficient and they actually cleaned up after the installations. Telephone receptionist was polite, helpful and returned calls in a very timely manner. Eddie is now my plumber.

We discovered a leaking hot water heater his morning and called The Pampered Plumber. We used them previously to replace a garbage disposal and had a great experience. They were here within two hours, and had the unit replaced in another hour and a half. Great service and FAST!
