Worst company ever!! If you use Duke Energy this company sends a crappy tech who smokes the entire time leaving cigarette butts all over the lawn. Dont ever use the tech Chris...he smokes and then comes in the house and stands around trying to catch his breath. Took him 12 hours to put a water heater in. Then when he was done I had no water pressure. He then spent more time trying to figure that out. I called to complain and Chris had a fit. I was very uncomfortable because I was alone. My husband had to leave for work. The company refuses to take any responsibility because Chris hooked up a 21 amp water heater to a 20 amp fuse causing our fuse to trip every time we use hot water. To make matters worse after Chris left my bath tub faucet had no pressure. We had to call and have another tech out. That tech had to take the faucet apart to get all the sand out of the line that Chris left since his whole job was a sloppy mess. The second tech leaves and sure as anything when my son went to take a shower the faucet comes apart and busts because it wasnt put back in right. The company refused to fix it. We then had to go buy a faucet. Put faucet in only to find out that the pipe line leaks a major amount of water!! Our floor is getting wet and water is rushing under the house if we put water on! They refuse to back up the work because we use Home serve through Duke energy for coverage...BUT THE PIPE WORK WAS NOT COVERED AND WE PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR THAT. YET THIS COMPANY WILL NOT FIX IT!!! When the electrician came out and told us that the reason the hot water fuse keeps popping is because the hot water tank is a 21 amp and the our fuses amps are 20 and I called the R.J. Kielty they will not get on the phone because they said I need to deal with Home serve who I am covered by. REALLY EVEN THOUGH THEIR TECHS DID AN ILLEGAL JOB?? So now that I paid out of pocket for the electrician come in so I can have hot water...I still cant run my water because no one has been here to fix the pipe because Home Serve is having to try to work with R.J. Kielty who refuses to fix their techs mistakes. On top of it all ...the tech Chris also did not pin the wires back and did not have the metal panel piece screwed on to hold the wires back. Our electrician found the panel and one screw on the floor and the wires hanging out all over the place. For 4 days I have had to run outside put my water on just to flush my toilets, fill up bottles of water and wash up etc. before too much water get leaks and messes up my floors. I do not understand a company who does not back up their work. I called and complained when Chris was here and the next morning yet they refuse to fix this sloppy, unqualified techs work because it will cost them money to send someone else out to fix the problem that Chris caused. Now I am waiting for Home Serve to hopefully figure out who is going to fix my pipe. I pay for the coverage to have my hot water heater fixed or replaced in case of an issue, I paid extra for the piping and yet at least before R.J. Kielty came out I had a faucet that worked , piping that worked, a fuse that never popped and cold water. ...so I guess asking for hot water was too much because now that they came out ...I have an extremely leaky pipe to the point that I cannot leave my water on, a fuse that pops every five minutes if the hot water is on(so I had to pay an electrician to fix), and had to buy a new faucet. I think I was better off just having cold water and skipped all this extra trouble and money for a company who comes in and milks Home Serves insurance money and then refuses to come fix their mistakes!!

Had to call RJ Kielty twice in the space of three days for two different problems and couldnt be happier with the service. Arrived at our home in New Port Richey July 3rd (a Sunday) after a month way and walked into a 92 degree home. Air conditioner was pushing air, but it wasnt cool air. Called RJ Kielty at 3:30 in the afternoon in desperation and Tom showed up about 90 minutes later (after two other companies told us wed have to wait a day or two before they could get some one out). Thirty minutes later Tom had the issue diagnosed, a part replaced and we were pushing cool air again. A great technician to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question I had. We know this system isnt going to last too much longer and you can be sure that when its time to replace it, well be calling RJ Kielty. Two days later we call about a stoppage causing water from the kitchen to backup into our utility sink by the laundry. Dave showed up on time and another great experience with a great professional. Friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard in 92 degree heat to get the blockage cleared. Again, Ill have no reservations calling RJ Kielty for any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Just outstanding work. Its the people who work for you and are your face to the customer that make you such a great company to work with. Cant say enough about how pleased and impressed I was in both cases with two different professionals. Thank you for making what can be a tough experience for a home owner into a great experience with a couple of great people!

We are new in the area and when we needed a plumbing company to install a gas line to our new pool heater and fire pit we really didnt know where to turn. I called several area plumbers to obtain an idea of the scope of the work that needed to be done and the cost. It was eye opening. Several of the companies I talked to did not work with natural gas and the ones that did provided a vast spectrum of cost and a variety of approaches to what needed to be done. Thank goodness we found R. J. Kielty. I have been working with Chris who has been responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly followed through on all of his commitments. He handled getting the proper permit and personally handled making sure all the necessary inspections completed. He kept us informed on exactly what he was doing and when. I felt an extremely high level of comfort knowing he was doing the work. We without reservation can recommend R. J. Kielty and particularly Chris for their knowledge, commitment to service, follow through, quality of work and fairness in pricing. They will be our plumbing company for this point forward. After purchasing a new home, in May 2016 I wanted to have the AC checked out and tuned up. Another company in west Pasco recommended an entire new unit, upwards of $7,000 after parts and labor. I didnt like the sound of that, so I called out R.J. Kielty for a second opinion. Not only did R.J. Kieltys technician negate needing a whole new unit, he was also able to take pictures of all of the "problems" presented from the first repair guy and explain how they were not problems at all. He did service it up, and I was able to take advantage of the May special, which was a great deal. He also treated some minor mildew, so that the current spores were treated and killed. R.J. Kieltys technician, Dale, was also very informative and educational, showing me ways to maintain the unit and how to keep an eye out for problem areas. He was professional, knowledgable, timely, and friendly. I recommend R.J. Kielty for AC repairs and tune-ups. As of July 2017, none of the "problems" presented by the first company have come to fruition. I believe R.J. Kielty was thorough and honest, not trying to make a quick buck.
