I have unfortunately had the opportunity to have three vehicles be repaired at Tallmadge Collision Centers (TCC). My experience in each has been nothing short of outstanding. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the auto service industry over the past 30 years. Most recently our 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander was involved in a accident where the other driver turned left in front of us leading to the Outlander not being able to be driven. Without hesitation, I informed the flatbed operator to deliver it to TCC. Once the vehicle arrived, it was only hours before the team at TCC began the job of assessing the damage. One big benefit in working with TCC is that they are a trusted service provider with State Farm Insurance such that they are able to serve as the "adjustor" and complete estimates and coordinate repair without waiting on a visit from State Farm to proceed. In the case of our Outlander, the Damage was quite significant at over $11,000. Robert at TCC made the process as comfortable as it could be walking us though the details, and even showing us the vehicle after being disassembled to review the entirety of the needed repairs. Robert contacted us regularly to update the progress and the estimated date of completion was always discussed and adjusted as appropriate. Final delivery was a few days ahead to the initial estimate. The repairs were excellent in quality in that the vehicle was returned to us actually in better condition than prior to the accident. With a lifetime of our ownership warranty, there is no need to be concerned if difficulties associated with the accident and repairs were to arise down the road. Our experience from previous suggests that we will not need to make use of that warranty. The vehicle was fully detailed both interior and exterior prior to delivery upon completetion of the repairs. A full walk around was completed and all repairs discussed to understand what work had been done.

Recently I took my 2006 Honda Civic to Tallmadge Collision Center with a request for an estimate to replace the front bumper, which had come loose on both sides. Because the vehicle is older and has high mileage, I was hoping for an inexpensive repair instead of buying an entire new bumper, but I didnt think there would be another repair option. To my surprise, I was informed following an inspection of my car that a service technician should be able to secure the bumper permanently so I would not have to buy a whole new replacement (estimated elsewhere at almost $1,000). Not only that, but the tech could make the repair in about 20 to 30 minutes at a cost of about $20 within a day or two. I was stunned to learn that a minor procedure was possible to fix my bumper so I wouldnt have to buy a new one. The low cost and short appointment time were almost beyond belief. It was little short of a miracle, especially since I had to make costly repairs to the car the previous month. I am greatly impressed by Tallmadge Collisions professionalism and integrity, and especially appreciate their customer care. I wish all companies did business like this one. I will certainly share the good news with others and send them with car repairs your way. Many, many thanks for a good deed!

My experience with Tallmadge Collision was outstanding. I had a small, but deep dent in a door that required the entire door to be replaced and refinished. (painted). Frankly, the customer service element of the process was not a big concern, my main concern was the quality of the repair and making sure I could not tell there was work done on my vehicle, a high-end German SUV. Given the vehicle is a jet black metallic color, I expected that whoever did the repair would do a good job, but it would not be perfect and I would be able to see the vehicle door had been repainted. Well, I was wrong, Robert Black and his team EXCEEDED my expectations and replaced and repainted the new door to the point I absolutely cannot tell any repair work was done. And to make things better, the customer service element also exceeded my expectations from beginning to end, with a professional approach, great communication and real "caring" attitude. I certainly hope never to have to see another body shop again, but if I do, I wont have any hesitation selecting Tallmadge Collision. I recommend you do the same.

** UPDATE ** Went back for the exact same repair (not their fault) but the estimate time somehow increased 25%. Went to an independent body guy and he did it in 1/3 of the time. Yes... you read that correctly - 1/3 the time that TCC estimated. Result - I paid 1/2 the TCC estimate (parts were the same). If the insurance company is paying for the repairs, this place is perfect. If youre paying out-of-pocket, Id suggest getting some other estimates. - - - - Incredibly professional. This is a well-run business and they seem to have a ton of it. Christian business if that matters to you. If youre in love with Dawkins, youll hate the waiting area. Maybe just grab a free beverage from the mini fridge and dont stare at the walls. Price was fair ($50-ish an hour) and the parts were priced exactly as Id found on-line so that was appreciated. Go in expecting to wait. This place is busy but, again, its tidy and professional because shouldnt a business based on improving vehicle appearance itself look polished? Thanks to Carl for handling everything. Id definitely go back.

What a great experience recently with TCC. They are my go to business in the future for my collision repair needs. Overall amazing staff complemented with quality service. Had the opportunity to work with Robert who thoroughly walked me through the process and facilitated the entire repair with excellent ongoing communications. They took the time to introduce me to the team that would be doing the repair and gave me the opportunity to ask questions making sure any concerns were addressed. The team consisted of Gary and Brett R. Great individuals…especially Brett. With over 20 years of painting experience and expertise, I left my car without worries as I knew they were in great hand. Most importantly, Gary and Brett did not disappoint. Amazing job! Exceeding my expectations, which is often hard to do when it comes to my vehicles. They have my business for all future repair needs and I would suggest when calling in ask for Robert and make a special request for Gary and Brett.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Filled out an online quote request and I was contacted very quickly. Appointment for the estimate was fast and efficient and Carl had the quote to me that day. He (and everyone I encountered at TCC) was professional and courteous with a customer-centric attitude. My car was done on time, and it is beautiful! The door dent/crease is gone and the paint is blended perfectly, which isnt the easiest on dark gray with lots of metallic. Carl took the time to thoroughly go over the repairs with me, even though it was at the end of the day. He didnt rush me one bit. And, if you need a rental its so easy. I made arrangements with Enterprise. They had a car waiting for me at the shop when I dropped my car off and I was able to leave the rental at TCC...they call Enterprise to pick it up. Perfectly seamless and hassle-free. I was able to hop into my freshly fixed (and clean!) car and go home.
