Thursday, October 20th, I did a car search using USAAs car buying service for a RS5. A vehicle, matching my search criteria showed up, but was 450 miles away. I requested more information on the car and was quickly contacted by their internet car sales manager. Getting some specifics together, Friday the 21st, I submitted an application for the vehicle as well as a trade-in appraisal form. Both of these done via email and the internet. Some phone calls back and forth, and some negotiating, I settled at the final offer sheet for both the financing as well as the trade in, early evening on the 21st. knowing that it is about a 6 hour drive from my home, I relayed to the salesperson, that I would leave first thing in the morning and planned on being there between 2-3pm(1 hour time zone difference as well as a 6 hour drive). I received an email back from her confirming our appointment and I told her I would keep her updated with my progress on the drive. About half way there, I took a screen shot of my navigation and sent it to the salesperson to keep her informed of my progress, she acknowledged and sent me a picture of the vehicles VIN via the MMi, for insurance purposes. I thought to myself, I cant wait to drive that thing! She had asked me if I wanted to expedite the paperwork by signing some forms, however, being 6 hours away, not seeing(in person) or driving the car, I declined, but said I would like to get as much done as we could to help the process along. Believing that driving 6 hours was a commitment enough, I saw no reason why I should have to worry about anything. Literally, 15 minutes prior to my arrival at the Audi dealership, I received a phone call from another salesperson, stating, "I know youre driving from out of town, I dont know how far away you are, but you might as well turn around, because we have someone else signing paperwork on the vehicle right now". I replied, I didnt just drive 6 hours to turn around, Ill see you in 15 minutes. I arrived at the dealership, and shortly after I walked in, (5 minutes or so), the salesperson met me, I asked what was happening, and she asked me to sit down and that she just heard about what was happening and that she was going to find out. I walked outside in complete shock and anger. I cooled myself off, then proceeded back inside, where I was met by the sales manager. He apologized for what happened and offered to fill up my tank, and send me on my way. I refused his offer, and asked to speak to the GM. About 15 minutes later, I was greeted by the GM, and we walked into his office. He of course apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. I said, that you could make it right by getting me the car that I was approved for and I will be on my way. He, of course, could not and would not do that. During our conversation, he had mentioned that he has no control over who sees the vehicles he has for sale, thanks to the internet, and that he likes to sell to local customers. Discriminate much? I stated, that his dealership is the one who put it on the internet, so he has no one to blame but himself. Ive given them 30 days to right a wrong, but have received ZERO communication from them. BEWARE. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR IN MY 23 YEARS OF BUYING CARS!!!!! First, I drove up to the dealership and got out to look around, not a SOUL on the LOT BUT ME!! I WAITED for about 10 minutes, as I walked around looking at different CARS and SUVS!!! Not one salesmen came to greet me!!!! So, I walked in and what do I see? 2 salesmen STANDING BY THE RECEPTIONIST DESK LOOKING OUT THE GLASS DEAD AT ME!! I Just smiled and nicely ask for the GENERAL MANAGER, Sunil Prakash. He brought me into his office, I explained what happened, he apologized for what happened and assured me that the rest of my experience would be to the highest caliber level!!! My salesmen did his job. The Finance director Jeremy Keller was a whole different situation! We got to signing Jeremy stated " Oh.. by the way u have to pay your first payment too" I SAID " JEREMY I TOLD U AND SIGNED THE AGREED TOTAL DOWN PAYMENT AMOUNT FOR THIS DEAL, AT THE BEGINNING, THAT IS ALL I HAVE!!!!! NOW, of course, Jeremy asked me about the extended warranties, and showed me the warranty menu options. I picked one Of them and initial and signed the menu option for the extended warranty for $849.00 Jeremy snuck another extended warranty into the contract for $1034.00!!!!! Not reading it completely just excited about my NEW A4, I drove off into the sunset! Over the weekend I discovered the INTENTIONAL, DECEITFUL, DEFRAUDING Act of Jeremy Keller!! I brought it to The attention of Jeremy and my sales man, Jeremy tried to worm his snaking a** out of it. OK, of course Jeremy stated to me, I SIGNED and initial the extended warranty menu and agreed on that amount and which I never did!! I asked him with the General Manager in the room to forward me via email a copy of that menu I supposedly SIGNED. They tried to forward me a menu with amounts on it and writing lol.. BUT MY signature was not on it, Smh... Nice try though, to no avail Jeremy was unavailable to locate that menu with MY SIGNATURE ON IT!!!! SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! I said " Isnt that SHADY HE CANT FIND IT?!?!?! The General Manager said, "YES IT IS" AND the LAST DEFRAUDING ACT FROM JEREMY was over the weekend. I got a phone call and a email, stating I needed to give him a payment before AUDI Financial could finish setting up my account. So, today I called him and gave him my debit card information over the phone. I instantly got a gut-wrenching feeling that something was wrong. I immediately called Audi Financial and ask them if my account has been set up, they said yes!! My payments were up-to-date and Im not due for a payment till November. I blew a gasket, called Jeremy, called my salesman, ask for the manager, ask to speak to the general manager, the general manager was not in! Jeremy then blamed it on me, saying I was trying to get everything I could for free out of the company!! Can you believe the audacity of Jeremy blaming the victim for his DEFRAUDING!!! ITS FAR FROM OVER!!! IF THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME, WHOM ELSE HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO??!!!

Audi of south Orlando has honestly been the worst experience i have ever had with any dealership. The only positive aspect to this entire dealership was my sales person Waleed his customer service and responsiveness was great but thats were the customer service stopped. I spent 3 days negotiating with Audi and when they finally agreed to a deal that i thought was fair we started the credit applications. They told me that the deal would all depend on the buyers and cosigners credit which i completely understood. After the results came back BOB called and said that the only way to continue the deal was if the cosigner became primary on the account and i respectfully declined. He then said in order to keep the payments the same without changing the primary on the account there would have to be $500 more down needed. I decided to go into the dealership to discuss the situation. Thats went it all went DOWNHILL. I dealt with RICHARD CASTRO and began again negotiated the original deal we had with the same primary as discussed. RICHARD CASTRO AGREED and we shook hands. He then said to give him awhile so that finance could print the contract to be signed then sent to the cosigner. While waiting i asked RICHARD CASTRO if he could include some floor mats to keep the car clean since it was a lease . RICHARD completely freaked out and began yelling " I WILL WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEAL RIGHT NOW OVER FLOOR MATS IM LOOSING ENOUGH ON THIS DEAL AS IT IS I WILL WALK AWAY. That completely caught me off guard a simple no would have sufficed. RICHARD CASTROs customer service is non existent and he should not be allowed to deal with customers. I was so taken back with RICHARD CASTROs attitude i walked out and decided not to lease from AUDI. I then got a call the next day from BOB apologizing for Richard CASTROs attitude. BOB said he would like to continue the deal i agreed but told him i did not want to deal with RICHARD. BOB told me he would call me back when all the paperwork was done so that everything could be signed. I then get a call from BOB saying that we cannot do the deal without the cosigner being primary after all my LONG hours of negotiating with these people they increased the monthly payments by $100 dollars when the agreements were already made with credit applications in hand. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME WITH AUDI OF SOUTH ORLANDO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BOB SAYS ONE THING AND THEN CHANGES THE DEAL LAST MINUTE A COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH AND A WASTE OF TIME. NOT INCLUDING THE RUDENESS COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RICHARD CASTRO **STAY AWAY** I would like to thank WALEED for all his hard work and being so nice throughout this process. If he worked for another dealership i would 100% buy a car from WALEED
