Hi Im James E. McCarthy. A native Floridian and Black American. I would like to give major props to Main Street Collision, for their outstanding professionalism and customer service. I have two vehicles a 2008 Hummer H3 and a 2003 Mercedes Benz C240. When I first brought my vehicles into the shop both vehicles were fading and had rust spots all over them. I met the owner Tika, who is very personable and easy to work with. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, that fit within my budget and then gave me a time frame of approximately 10 days to have the Hummer completely painted and back in service. During the repairs the owner kept in constant contact via email, sent me pictures of the progression of the work as it occurred. When the Hummer was completed, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Ive got nothing but compliments from family, friends and the public. Everyone believes its a brand new vehicle. I was so impressed with the job that was done on the Hummer, that I decided to also have my Mercedes painted as well. Receiving the same professionalism and results. Upon delivery of both vehicles and after 2-3 days after having the vehicle home, I discovered minor paint defects, and upon notifying the owner, he immediately rescheduled the vehicles for service. Stood behind his work, by properly repairing the defects and returning the vehicles within 3-5 days. The customer service end of dealing with Main Street Collision was over the top. My wife is Vietnamese, who isnt licensed to drive yet, which created a problem for me as far as dropping off the vehicles and having a way to get back home. Once I explained the situation to Tika, he immediately told me, there was no problem in dropping me off and picking me back up as many times as necessary until the jobs was completed. Which he did exactly that. In my entire life of doing business with various companies, I have never experienced such first class service and would highly recommend Main Street Collision to any and everyone with a problems with paint and body repairs to take your vehicles there for quality service.

Once of the worse experiences I ever had. The owner didnt give me a estimate, until after I drop my car, kept asking for one. He only gave me one, after calling the appraiser for the exact amount. Not smart of me to give him that number, it was only in case there was more damage. After I told him about my deductible, he again quoted the exact amount for an estimate. Then he says three days , go get the car, bring my Brother with me, he says they didnt sand the paint . Tell the owner he says to come back in a couple of hours. Come back later and drive away and the exhaust system start to smoke really bad. Bring it back, come back the next day, he said it was because it was in the shop all those days. Ended up paying two extra days for a rental. Also opened the hood and it was full of dust, from the painting and they didnt clean it. Had to ask them to clean and they said they didnt have a vacuum to clean it, so he used a rag. Never again will I go there.

I searched long and hard to find a shop to repair and paint the body of my 1967 Oldsmobile 442 muscle car. I visited several shops in the area to discuss their approach, body repair techniques, experience, paint quality and application. I also try to get a feeling for the owner and workers. Tika and his Main Street crew gave me a good feeling. Their estimate process was straight forward and produced a final cost that was very reasonable. Promises are good only if they are delivered. Main Street delivered as promised. I was able to stop by any time to check on the progress of the car. Their work ethics are high. The crew is friendly. My car looks better than when it came off the showroom floor 49 years ago. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone for collision or restoration work.

Like the previous ten reviews, Main St. Collision Auto Body and Painting is AWESOME. I brought my 2002 300 M with only 36,000 miles in to repair the right rear door and rear bumper which suffered moderate paint and body damage. On Monday I was met by the owner Tica. He was very professional, friendly and very reasonable as to his quote to repair the damage. I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up 3 days later. The work was fantastic. The paint job was immaculate. No overspray,orange peel, etc and more importantly the paint matched perfectly. Not bad for a 13 year old car. A big thank you to Chris the Body Man for doing such a great job. Having worked in the auto industry in Detroit for 33 years, his work rivals many of the New Car Assembly Plants. He has a customer for life!

This review is long overdue but it was fantastic service. After my brand new Chevy Cruze was hit above the rear tire on the drivers side back in January I didnt know where to go or what to do. I was really hesitant but the owner was really helpful and reassuring. He repaired the damage and did a great paint job, faster and cheaper than anywhere else I went to get a quote at. When I picked up my car it was raining hard and it was dark, as a result I wasnt able to take a good look at the work but once again he was great and told me not to worry and that if I was not satisfied I could bring it back. He followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure I was happy. Im glad to have found a good repair shop. Many Thanks!

Professionally run family owned and operated business in beautiful Winter Garden. A great group of guys you can rely on for your auto care and restoration. I have used these guys over the years for many of my automotive needs. I had collision work done on my Range Rover that was side swiped on the rear quarter and needed a door replaced, came out excellent. I had many other cars serviced by the technicians and had excellent results. I recommended Main Street Collision to friends and family as well. Very Satisfied with their performance!

I have a 2016 Hyundai SE Sonata that was rear ended by an officer. Found this location on Instagram. It has truly been so great dealing with these individuals, great customer service! My car looks brand new, like it never gotten hit. My exhaust was damaged my back bumper was destroyed as well as my tail lights on the passenger side. Everything looks so amazing! Extremely professional, very nice and definitely worth the time. I would highly recommend this place!
