I went to the dealer today Aug. 31 2017. I sold my 2011 juke with 22k miles to the dealer for 9300 dallors last week Aug. 24 signed the paper and everything. The thing is after one week i still havent received the check and i come back to the dealer and see what happened, they told me that you take back your car and we dont want it, i was like what the ....!!!! Im surprised! How could a dealer buy a car and return the car in one week??? He said:"Because i didnt notice the issue on the vehicle " he is also the one who inspected the car, thats his fault man!he asked me why didnt you tell me the issue? Of course i did tell the issue and the sales man Carlos tell him too from the first day very beginning. The most funny part is this guy was selling the car on the website cargurus for 14k with 28pictures on it After the first day signed the paper.thats 4k dollar higher then the price they want it, lol but thats ok i dont care about how much they sell you know! However, After a week he didnt sell the car and told me take back your car。 OMG how could a dealer could do business like this??? What is a the reputation??First, this guy inspected the car and We negotiated the price, second this guy ali put the car try to sell it in the internet , today i come back to the dealer was told by that manager Alli, its because he didnt sell it with the good price maybe! why he didnt call me and tell what happened to the car until i come back after a week, his s so mean to talk to and got a bad attitude too, trying to put the mistake back to the customer! Now i returned the plates and they got the car inspection sticker removed, who is going to respondsble for those fee?? And one week without the car driving? so every one please think before you deal with Nissan, read the reviews customers write about Nissan? Be careful everyone ! After two weeks,On September 13th, they called me back say going to fix the problem! then my friend and i was there to meet the one who was calling me back.her name is Melissa! We waited one hour at the lobby and no one come out to service us, and the receptionist said Mellisa never called, i was like Oh My Gosh!!! She called me the same day two hours before i get there and the day before also。 i really dont know what is thire purpose for doing that??? Wow what a GOOD service!!! finally,we decided to leave then the pre-own sales manager Muhammad Ali come out and said nothing can be changed, he is not respondsble the fees for inspections and the plates , i think this is really not fair, because he inspected and take my car so that i returned the plates to DMV , a week later, he said take your car back , i said okay thats fine! But at least the he should respondsble for this fees right peoples??? I swear i would never ever deal with brunswick Nissan agian in my life…

I have been to Nissan dealerships all over the country and I can say without a doubt that this place has to be the friendliest. Everyone is greeting everyone constantly, even coworkers to one another. I went in last week to get the 100,000 mile tune up done on our Altima Hybrid. It took a little longer than expected but I had a sitter for my little so the wait was not a big deal for me. More of a vacation, really. ;) I was disappointed to see a complimentary wash & vacuum wasnt done, as I assumed all dealerships did this. I left heading south on I-95 and 10 minutes down the road my car started smoking. I pulled over, obviously very upset after spending $600+, called the service department and immediately the gentleman was apologetic and asked if I could safely drive it back to him. I said I didnt feel comfortable driving it, as I didnt know what was causing the smoke. He told me to call his tow truck driver and hed bring me back to the dealership. The tow company, J&M Towing, told me theyd be there in 20 minutes - low and behold, they were there in 15. Once back at the dealership, a couple of mechanics and the woman from the service department were there to greet us. At this point, I was still very angry and ready to mad, demand it be fixed immediately, and request a loaner car so I can go get my daughter from school. Luckily, it never got to that point because the woman (I wish I could remember her name) covered it all before I could even think about being upset. They kept the car overnight and sent me away in a very nice loaner car. It turned out that a mechanic overfilled my transmission fluid, but they fixed it and had it triple checked that everything was okay. I picked up my car the next day. Still didnt get a car wash and vacuum job though. ;) It was obviously a less than desirable event, but Im so glad that everyone was so professional about it. I will definitely be back next time my car needs maintenance just based off the respect I was treated with while there. Also, I walked around a bit while I was waiting the first time and wound up talking to a sale woman outside. She was a doll! Again, everyone was so friendly. If I can talk my husband into trading in our van, Ill be going to see her to buy my SUV. ;)

This service department is horrible! My car had recalled airbags, which can kill you, and they tried to reschedule my appointment because they didnt want to do the work. I drove two hours to get there! Then they decided to take my car in and when I arrived at the location the two representatives were talking about their personal lives and I guess because they were white men it was okay for them to ignore me waiting in line for almost five minutes! Then when the gentleman Thomas Beck asked me if I need help after his conversation was over. I replied "Yes, I need service", which was why I was in line after all (this should have been self explanatory: who stands in a line for five minutes for no reason?!) The service department told me my wait would be 1 1/2 hours and I arrived at 2:20 and didnt leave until 5pm; due to them not completing the work and trying to send me home with only half of the Schduled service done! I had to wait an additional hour because they forgot to finished the service? Has anyone ever heard of this ridiculous behavior before at a dealership?! These people need to need to be replaced. This company is the worst. Ive never been treated so bad anywhere Ive shopped. These racist people like Thomas and the other guys he works with have ruined Nissians reputation for me. If your not white dont come here unless you want to be treated like garbage! Proceed at your own risk!

I recently bought a brand New 2014 Nissan Versa and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Dan Beaver was my sales agent and there is not enough positivity in words to express how awesome this guy was in listening to my needs! I explained my situation to him and he found a couple cars that met my basic needs (a steering column and four wheels lol) He didnt sell me on something more, didnt pressure me to get accessories I have no use for and made me feel more like a brother then a buyer. Of course our common ground of the military helped as well! Awesome dude all around, if I can ever help him or pay it forward I will be doing it! Then there is the Finance Manager Al, hmm what can I say... DUDE you rock too!! There is no thanks enough I can express to you, you met my payment abilities and went above and beyond for me!!! I am forever in you debt! I will never forget this dealership and have already recommended you too a friend of mine! When I make my financial goal I hope you all have a Nizzmo 370z waiting for me in jet black, paddle shifters and all the rest of the bells and whistles!! Thanks you guys!!! Roland Choate
