Went to Laus Deo hoping to revamp my style so I scheduled a partial foil highlight. I figured that since they made it to the Fox 8 "Hot List" that I would be satisfied, right? WRONG. The stylist I had (I think her name was Rachel) scoffed at my roots and made me feel insecure for waiting so long to get my hair done. When we had small talk and realized we had nothing in common, she was silent for the rest of the time. Rachel sold me an additional shine package for $18. This was for my birthday, so I decided Why not. After my hair was rinsed, she asked me if I wanted it blow dried. Im thinking "Yes, how else am I going to see my color?". After my hair was blow dried, the total came out to $118 (highlights were $75 and the shine treatment was $18 so I was estimating somewhere between $90 or so). Apparently, this salon charges extra for blow drying and doesnt inform their clients! Anyway, so I got home and checked my highlights and there were PATCHES of my roots still showing. The highlights were done at an angle at my hairline, looked terrible. The shine treatment did absolutely nothing. I figured these were completely unacceptable results for a $118 price so I called back and scheduled a repair. Went in to have my hair repaired and had a different stylist. Rachel worked that day and pretended like she didnt see me. Melissa redid my highlights and was quiet the entire time and made me feel really uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong. My hair was rinsed, my roots were blow dried, and I was sent on my way. Before I left, I checked in at the desk to see if there was anything else I needed to do, After just standing there, Melissa said "Oh, you can go now". Basically: Rude stylists, overpriced, and truly bad quality. Because of this salon, I have a really hard time trusting any stylist to do my hair. I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.

It is a bright and friendly place, with caring customer service. They did a wonderful job on my mothers hair color, and she was very happy with it. However, I would not recommend the gel acrylic nails. I was guaranteed they would last 2 weeks, maybe even 3. However, 3 days later I got a chip on my right index finger, about 1/4 of the nail! I dont do any kind of excessive work with my hands / treat my nails poorly, so I dont think it was just me being rough with my nails... My left index finger chipped today (5 days later) and the other nails look like they are bubbling up. The Salon made a follow-up call to see how my services were, and when I explained my issue with my chipped nails they offered to fix them. However, I live almost an hour away and did not feel it was worth it to go in and have them fixed. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and knew her stuff, Im just not impressed with the gel acrylic nails. I was disappointed with how quickly they chipped and am sorry I paid so much money for them. I would just get a regular manicure next time.

I am very particular about my hair and who I have do it. I was recommended to Laus Deo Salon specifically to Rachel many years ago. I took the chances to let her do my hair and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I have even gotten to the point I trust her to do what looks best and I have no complaints! Plus Rachel has to be the sweetest person I have ever met. Everyone from the reminder calls, to the greeting when you walk in the door, to the moment you leave everyone is warm and welcoming and they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have had manis, pedis, and my hair done and every time and every service has been fantastic. I would highly recommend trying them out!

I am very pleased with the services I receive at Laus Deo Salon. I have had color, highlights, haircuts, manicures and pedicures there for many years. I have always been happy with the results. This is an education-centered salon where the stylists are frequently updated on new techniques and trends. So everyone there is well prepared to take on any challenge a client may present. The environment is very relaxing and soothing, while the stylists are very professional and conscientious. I love being able to get nail services while I am getting my hair done...very efficient use of my time. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for something new and updated in a friendly atmosphere.

Can not imagine going any where else.My daughter and I have been going here for years and will continue too for many more. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating and makes you feel like part of their "family" from the moment you walk in the door! My stylist Melissa was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and helped me in choosing the right products to maintain my color and style at home from the vast selection that they carry. They offer many services here and cater to men woman and children.

Ive been to Laus Deo Salon a number of times and have had Rachel, Jess, Jamie and Melissa or Samantha do color style or cut. I like this salon because all the stylists are well trained and I feel that I can be comfortable and satisfied with any of them. Recently Ive been booked with Samantha and she is efficient, quick and good. They probably need a full time clean up person to sweep up in between clients because they are so busy! Thats the only negative. Prices are upper end, but worth the expertise.

Going to Laus Deo Salon is always a wonderful experience. Every single person working is incredibly friendly. My stylist is Rachel, and she is extremely talented. She always knows just what I am looking for in color and cut, and I have never had a bad experience in all the years that shes been doing my hair. On top of being a great stylist, she is a very caring and sweet individual. She takes the time to get to know you on a personal level and that means a lot.

As a 44 year old man, I decided to get natural hair color with each hair cut. It takes 5-minutes tops. It was a smart move! Of course, the actual quality of my cuts are second to none. Really, everything about this Salon is top notch. They clearly are team oriented. Everyone works well together. I can tell they genuinely enjoy working with one another. Laus Deo Salon is highly recommended by me!

this salon is the most attentive, willing to please and relaxing salon I have ever been to. I left this salon 4 years ago to follow my pedicurist, and I just had to return to the atmosphere. the whole team is wonderful. they do good work. I always feel valued when I am there.

Ive been going to this salon for over 5 years and have always been highly satisfied. The staff is full of energy and friendly which makes for a pleasant environment. I highly recommend Laus Deo salon. (I love the name!)
