I have been a customer of Nina Michelle for probably 20 years.. I have never had a bad experience, quite the contrary, always have been greeted professionally. I love my stylist Leah, she always makes me feel welcome and special..There are days that I need to relieve some stress, I call to come in on spur of moment, I have always been accommodated and whatever stylist the book me with is kind, professional and again make me feel welcome.. I came from a hairdressing background many years ago, I can tell you first hand, this salon is top notch, you will have an enjoyable experience and look fabulous when you leave

Very disappointed with this salon, especially the nail tech Jessica. Its so unprofessional that 3 of 5 times Ive tried to get a pedicure she has canceled or postponed with a variety of excuses and always at the last minute (either after Ive arrived for my appointment or as Im driving to it). The two times I actually got pedicures, she was late. The receptionist isnt even apologetic for the inconvenience. Do not waste your time or money with this salon.

I have been a steady customer at Nina Michelles for YEARS. I find thier staff to be very polite and accomodating. I constantly forget to include a brow waxing when making my appoinments, however, they never have a problem with squeezing one in. I trust my hair stylist Heather so much that I wont let anyone else touch my hair. If you are looking for a great cut, this is THE salon to go to.

Heather is who I usual have as my Hair Stylist. She is always very friendly and fun to talk to while I am there. All the staff is fantastic and professional. I highly recommend Nina Michelle Solon!

I have been a loyal client for many years. The staff is friendly, helpful, stylists know their stuff. When I get my nails done, It has turned out better than several other places Ive tried. Cathey is my stylist and she listens and makes helpful suggestions. Always love my color and cut. Your hair and looks are too important to trust to just anyone.

All the girls are very friendly and I love to watch how good they all style the hair that looks just great on their customers. High highly recommend this Salon for good stylists.

Horrible service. The staff here very unprofessional. They dont know how to take appointments, they over charge for color, the stylists dont listen to you when getting a hair cut. Hanna is the worst stylist ever. Dont waste your time or money at this salon. Youll leave disappointed.

I asked for grey and silver and got blonde and silver. How do you get blonde and silver from grey and silver though. Then told me it would be between 140-160 and charged me over $200! I will never go back. Worst experience Ive ever had.
