Theyre so bad I want to rate 1 star. Very unprofessional. Rude customer service. Always late. My mail lady was delivering mail at 8 at night once? How does that even happen when they close at 5. Theyre always a few days late with mail and packages. 99% of my packages that the post office dont even get deliverers. I have to go pick them up which is a pain after there already several days late. Worst service ever

I arrived at Valley City PO at 10 minutes before closing but was refused service. The federal employee said he had no time and could only take care of the two ladies in line, another customer was told I dont have any time. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated, I went to Discount Drug and the young girls were much more professional and helpful.

I have ruts in my back yard from the mail lady constantly driving through it when she delivers packages. She wont walk down the driveway or back in or out so she drives through the yard to turn around. This has happened several times and I cannot get i contact with anyone that will make her stop. I am about to get surveillance cameras just for her.

I dont understand the negative reviews. My driver is great, pulls up to the house if mail doesnt fit in the box. Chris and Dave are great at the post office, always professional and give my kids suckers. Never a long line like there was in Brunswick.

They like to dictate what mail you deserve to receive at your home , dont know why they feel compelled to say that mail addressed to your address should not be delivered. Maybe they should ask the residents if they think mail is misdirected.
