SECOND time in a row that weve come in the evening and theyve had a printed paper sign on the door that says theyll reopen at some random time when their hours are till 12 or 10 pm online and printed in white on glass doors. Absolutely ridiculous when the workers look out the glass doors and are cheering and laughing that customers are sitting out here waiting. Wish I could report them to some kind of superior because this doesnt seem normal, it appears to be done without any authority. Otherwise, I would expect these random closing times to be stated online! Beyond inconvenient and unprofessional.

Its what it is a post office open late...if your going there dont be buying postage stamps or small transactions you could do at your local post office...that location is for heavier business shippers that have multiple packages and bulk mailings ready to go and prepaid to go out. You cant wait till tomorrow to mail your pictures to grandma that you have to do it at 11pm? . ..just stop clogging up the system with your nonsense...

SUSPECT BEHAVIOR AT POST OFFICE. Arrived here at 5802 Postal Road, Cleveland, OH 44181 at 10pm on 5-2-2016. Sign on door says OUT TO LUNCH UNTIL 10:45. If government agencies claim to be open from 4pm-11:59pm why then is no-one there?????????????? Parking lot full of people waiting for the lunch goer to return. Go figure... US government at work.

Im not sure what some of the other reviewers experiences were but every time I need assistance the people running the front desk have been awesome. I have to mail packages several times a month and when Im not sure how I should ship, they always give me advice in a friendly professional manner.

Just got back from shipping a package and all I have to say is the service was horrible. Attitude and snarky comments were just unnecessary. I was treated like a complete idiot. I would recommend coming here if you need something shipped late but otherwise this place is just horrible.

This is my favorite post office! Theyre open on Saturdays, Sundays, and open until midnight on weekdays. The staff is very friendly and they know how to do the more difficult packages like International Express Mail. Highly recommended!

At post office now and no one inside working. Sign on door says back at 10:45, really? They close at 11. Parking lot full of people. One person said the sign has been there since 9pm.

I come here a lot as I am always late on items. Great to have a post office with late night service. Staff is the usual government but they are nice once you get to know them.
