They apparently tried to deliver a package that needed a signature while I was unavailable. Im not sure why it required a signature seeing as it didnt have a specified delivery date. Of course I would miss it!!! I tried the website and it didnt work properly on my phone. I called the number on the slip they left me, argued with an automated system for 20 minutes before it tried to put me through to a person. The line was busy, suggested I leave a number for them to call back within an hour, so I did. No one called. I got an email last night that said that they would re attempt delivery today. Since I was free today, I waited by the door with some snacks and tv. I waited for EIGHT HOURS and nothing. They did not attempt to re deliver my package and didnt even leave a slip. Most of that was USPS in general rather than the specific post office, but needless to say, I am very unhappy with noth USPS and this specific post office.

Moved to Illinois did a mail forward from Medina since I wrote my new township instead of my new city but wrote the correct ZipCode people at medina office changed the state of my forward mail to Kentucky to match the township I wrote as well as completely changing my Zipcode to a Kentucky zipcode.. lady on the phone just argued about how it was my fault and said that I wrote That I was moving to Kentucky and somehow I guessed a Kentucky Zipcode as well!! Hidden talent of mine I suppose??... I would avoid this location

The lady who delivered a package to me today was extremely rude! She buzzed my apartment, first time she didnt enter, buzzed again...she came to my door and thrust the package at me! Seriously? What a fine greeting! And happened to be home sick today! Completely unprofessional! Im appalled!

Mail put in front of mail box, fell in ditch. Mail marked chocolate do not leave in mail box was shoved in and sat there all day in 80* heat , mail left at neighbors vacant house , mail marked delivered on website does not show up for 2 days government workers at their best
