10/8/15. An order was sent 1st class ($2.74) to customer xxx, DGS, 2525 Hwy 75, Blountville, TN 37617. The label was typed. The envelope never arrived. It was returned to us with "IA" written on it and a return to sender bar code label which said "Key Return Zip Code". I called Post office to verify address & was told it was correct. The gentleman said it was the airport and the letter carriers were quite familiar with it. 10/17/15. I changed "DGS" to Delta Ground Services, printed a new label, bought new postage for $2.94 and sent the envelope again. 11/5/15 I got text from the customer saying the 2nd attempt did not arrive either. A few days later the 2nd attempt was returned with a red stamp with a finger pointing to my return address. The partial text on the stamp appears to be "Undeliverable - Return to Sender" The day I got the test I refilled the order and this time sent Priority mail for $5.05. The priority mail had the same address as before yet it arrived on 11/16/16. Why did the two 1st Class postage attempts fail yet the Priority Shipping worked? All the labels were printed. They all had the same address. The only difference was the priority mail had Zip + 4. Something is fishy.
