Put a forwarding address in this morning because I moved. Came in to inquire about picking up a box that should be here soon (has been in transit since 6am its now 1pm) asked if i could just pick it up at the post office (its not that hard for a text notification their system does it automatically. The woman in the back office informed me that its coming from tampa( uh my tracking number says orlando she saw the email and shes like no it goes from orlando to tampa then us.... yea ok) and its a suran wrapped pallet and no one will get to it until tomorrow at 3am. My reponse is it took me 30 mins to drive here from orlando and I just wanted to know if I can pick it up here because they LOST MY LAST FRICKING BOX (i said it nicely of course more flies with honey) She informed me "well that stuff happens and theres nothing she can do about it". Gets hateful because I dont understand how stressful her job is (then find a new job lady) and says traffic time varies My box left orlando this morning I understand that traffic times are different and the box might not bs proccessed yet. HOWEVER the lady was hateful, condesending and never answered my question. She originally said the forwarding address will take three days to process then backtracked and said its automatic. If anyone has had to deal with her you know what Im talking about. Older, african american, mole on the forehead cant miss her. As we are walking out she continues to say "have a nice day jesus christ" I have the utmost respect for postal service workers but Im glad I moved because if i didnt all of my mail would be going through fedex. Jesus christ my butt she needs some jesus.

This is the most inept, stupid, and incompetent bunch of idiots I think I have ever dealt with - the carriers are lazy, the desk people are in another world, and I have had to file more complaints against these ding-dongs in the past six months than I have ever had to do against the USPS. It is really ridiculous, and I am fed up with them. Yesterday, for instance, was a holiday, yet they supposedly "delivered" a package I was expecting at 5:27AM, and said "customer refused delivery." Three things about that one - first, there was no one here at 5:27AM, so how can something be refused if it isnt there to begin with. Secondly, it was a holiday, so no deliveries anyway. Third, it was 5:27AM, and no service delivers THAT early. I am personally thinking about criminal charges against these people, as well as a civil suit.

This location owns the mail boxes in Lake Deeson. Upon moving in we learned the keys were lost a week prior to moving into a residence there. I called multiple times in 2 days time to find out what I needed for proof of residency to fill out a rekey form for our mail box. Got no answer. I took my lunch hour today on December 29th, 2016 to drive 20 mins from work. Upon being helped and explaining how many times I called I was told "I cant help that" after giving a displeased and stern look I took the form to fill out and return the next day. It is a dis service to the public for one who holds a governmental job to lack such customer care. I find it disgraceful and very unprofessional. You have a duty to care and we the people of the public deserve better customer care!!

I dont know if it is the post office (read government agency) or the Union that trains these people on how to move like a zombie. I found it almost comical how slow and uncustomer oriented these employees were. Its like someone gave the a class in how to move as slow as possible without people thinking you are dead. Their chairs looked pretty comfortable, and I think that made them not want to get up. I think O bama ought to include several billion in the next bailout for memory foam massage chairs for our hard working postal employees. Its Scary to think people have faith in any program the government runs, especially healthcare.

I have never been so disappointed in the Postal Service as I was today, this place was swamped as usual but today was special, there was one teller and they were more interested in playing with there computer than waiting on customers. I tried to use the automated machine and it wouldnt accept my debit card, when I finally got to ask the person said thy were not allowed to accept the Bank of America Card at there location. This is a friggin hub what is going on, this has got to stop. You will see a blog from theblueantfixer cause this needs to be shut down or revamped.

As soon as I got here I was sent straight to a supervisor the man at the front desk didnt try to figure out what I was asking for or why I came in my only statement as follows "How do I make sure that my package will come to my address from the tracking info I have nothing carried over it just says Lakeland Fl 33810" his response "if you want to speak with a supervisor hes right behind you" what makes this so golden is that my wait for the supervisor was longer than the fix for my issue the supervisor was great the worker not so much

I called and complain to this location for a package that that I was waiting on and was told it was deliver a week prior they instated that they consulted the situation to the supervisor and she was going to get the information from the carrier to wait for a call bk never received that call and I have been receiving my electric bill with no problems for 8month but all of a sudden this month did not recieve it and still is tge same carrier know I am getting charge a penalty.

My husband or my self go to this post office almost daily and everyone in there is very professional. And I enjoy each and everyone of there personalities . Its not an easy job they have to make sure all the information is correct so are parcels get delivered to the correct places.....Even if it is a machine that they use they still have to type in the information. They deal with a lot of issues that people bring to them. Keep up the good work!!!

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone! I have been trying since 8:30am And Im just trying to locate a package that was delivered by USPS, but not to us as it shouldve been!! We would like assistance with this, ASAP, please reply to this message!!! Lost & damaged packages becoming progressively worse; calling above your heads now as I we cant seem to get anyone to respond!
