Staff(ladies up front) are very friendly and helpful. Asked for mail to be held due to leaving town but package was allegedly delivered anyway and its whereabouts are unknown. Supervisor was supposed to handle the situation but I feel I have been given the run around. Went to the PO four days straight attempting to speak with the supervisor but no one in the office seemed to know his whereabouts. Will escalate to higher authority.

Had a problem with a delivery sent to this post office. Called and spoke to the postmaster, Rod, who took time and was so responsive to my needs and offering help. Service above and beyond what Ive come to expect from most postal service employees.
