larry stadnyk this reply is for you. I cannot speak for anyone else but in my experience at this Plant City post office the employees serving the public at the desk are rude! No excuses for that. Many people work hard at jobs every day that overwhelm them and do not treat their customers in such as manner as Ive seen at Plant City. Its not just one or two employees that are like that either. It is every single one Ive encountered at that location. I go in very cheerful and walk out dismayed at their attitudes and unfriendliness. Do you condone that type of behavior to customers? I take it you work there or know someone that does? Instead of suggesting to us to get a job there, why dont you take this information and speak to your coworkers. See, if you or your boss can sprinkle some fairy dust on those people because they are beyond unfriendly and rude. So, this has absolutely nothing to do with being spoiled. I thought your spoiled comment just reiterated the way the employees act at that location. Shame on you. And, the people delivering hate to walk to your door/porch with a package so they attempt to squeeze it into your mailbox so when you retrieve it, the package is smashed. I guess youll condone that as well??? All because of the stuff you guys have to put up with? Hey, why dont you get another stinking job is its so bad??? And, they get paid good money with benefits, too! Actually, they are the spoiled ones!!

I find it most amazing that people will give a bad review on google but not take the time to get the facts correct. The post office receives no tax payer money. We survive off of postage and other fees. In other words self sustaining. The fact is in the years the post office has generated a surplus the money was redirected to the general fund of the treasury and was thus used to fund programs that benefited the general public. The post office does tens of millions of transactions every day and most are done correctly by friendly postal employees. You never hear about the 99% of transactions that go right, only the very very few that go wrong. The problem is that the people today are very spoiled and have no patience for problems that are bound to occur on a day to day basis. If anyone thinks the job is that easy then why not do something about it and get a job at the post office. Your attitude will change on your first day on the job if you get hired. Problem is most of you complaining either would not get hired or would quit soon after you find out all that the post office employees are required to do. We make it look easy because most of the hard work is done behind the scene. Most of the postal employees i have dealt with in my life are caring competent workers who like their job and are proud of what they do. Perfect we are not but pretty darn close to it.

Very bad. From the moment we move in to our new home; our mail gets ALWAYS mailed to the wrong address, since the streets has Drive and Place. In every mail I get the address says PLACE and not DRIVE but still get mailed to the DRIVE address. Not just one time, second time, or third time it happened more than five times. Now, recently my mother-in-law sent a priority mail and it should get delivered on 2/3/17 (2 days delivery). What date are we now? 2/9/17, right? Well, until now as I am typing this review! I still did not received my priority mail. I called the post office yesterday and what Nicole can only tell me is that it is rerouted now from (I forgot the city, she told me). Her reason was maybe the machine reads the address wrong, or it got in to the wrong bin. VERY VERY VERY SAD because I never experienced this kind of problem in my 3 houses. Maybe only happened here in Florida. Who can we trust now!!!

The women at the counter are among the rudest people I have delt with. USPS will nickle and dime you for any and everthing. ALWAYS go to the UPS store, they have always been so nice. As far as mail delivery goes, the lady who always wheres a hat and delivers our mail has one job....deliver mail. On a regular basis...and I mean daily I have to hunt my packages down around the neighborhood. It is not difficult to match an address with a house. She is so bad, that i look forward to the one day a week another person delivers the mail. At least on that day i know i can count on getting my package getting to my door. My neighborhood uses the nextdoor app and there is post after post of mail issues. When you call the post office, nothing is done. Plant city post office is a joke.

Just another person who Patsy has been rude to several times now about my package being dated wrong even though my labels were printed TODAY. She told me last time that "it reflects poorly on you as a seller" amongst other condescending remarks and told me I should just put my package sinthe mailbox at home - because Im basically making the post office look bad, even though I am not the one who generates he labels. PATSY YOU ARE THE ONE MAKING THE POST OFFICE LOOK BAD, and I will be contacting a higher up in regards to your repeatedly being rude and condescending to me. Do yourself a favor any dont use the PO. It is my local one and I will be driving elsewhere. ✌

Told rudely not to put any stickers on package. I mentioned they werent stickers but rather paper illustrations secured with spray adhesive creating a stronger bond all the while shes running her hands around my package to see if she can pull something up...yes, pun intended. She said they come of on the conveyor belts. Well do you place my box on its side, or upside down on the conveyor belts, or this side up ? Well now we all the answer. How about the $14 sticker called a stamp or the other books of stickers you sell.

Patsy was indescribably rude. She talked to my mom and I like we were stupid and gave us a lecture on how to properly put a postage stamp on a package even though we just asked if we were correct. The old lady that hobbles with a cane yells at little kids and makes them cry too. Horrible horrible customer service! ( you know theyre bad when the people behind you in the line chased you out the door and thanked you for being put with patsy instead of them.)

If I could give them a zero star I would. My husband, my mom, and myself are now going to either the Dover or Lakeland post offices because we have just HAD IT with the rude customer service at the Plant City office. No common courtesy, talking down to the customer, and overcharging are the norm. Everyone there (aside from maybe 1-2 ppl) should be fired. The fact that these federal employees are being paid through our tax dollars is nauseating.

Exceptional customer service! My priority express package was delayed and they did everything they could to make sure I get the package as soon as possible. Billy the supervisor is awesome! He personally took matters into his own hands and called around tracking down my package then personally delivered it to me when it arrived to the office. Just great people you dont encounter every day. Thanks again for everything!
