I have been a Post Office Box holder at this location for two years now. Two regrettable years. I flatly refuse to have any packages mailed to this location unless it is absolutely necessary. Why? Because believe it or not, shipping anything to this post office is going to result in a minimum 1-3 day delay. Minimum. Even if you ship via USPS Priority Mail - doesnt matter. Your package will NOT arrive in your PO Box on time. You would think that spending the extra money for a box within the USPS system would actually reduce shipping times, but thats not how it works at 33508. If Priority Mail says "Expect on Friday" you can guarantee it wont be available until Monday. Additionally this location is CLOSED on Saturday, so you can basically just take that day-of-the-week out of the equation for shipping times, because anything that is supposed to arrive on Saturday? Thats right - wont be available until Monday. Every. Time. If I hadnt already printed my box number on my business cards and checks, I would have long ago left this place far behind. Just be aware that all shipments to this location (33508) have to go through Brandon Post Office 33511, and that means more delays for your mail and packages. I gave them two stars because when they are actually open, the staff members are nice enough folks...

Had to return a package to Amazon. Printed label and brought item to be returned. After waiting in line with 12 people ahead of me, I was told the package could not be sent because the box could not be accepted to mail. I said are you kidding me? This is the box it came in. She said well the ends have to be secure. I explained thats how it arrived and I didnt have any tape. She said we can buy some for 3.50. I explained I recently became unemployed and couldnt afford tape and could we use some of the priority tape they were double taping packages with as a one time courtesy and she said no. Now I have to wait to return this until I can afford tape. I was humiliated. The older woman has HORRIBLE customer service!!

Horrible I waiting in a line of 25 and only needed a piece of tape for my package label and the OLD LADY TRY TO MAKE ME PAY 3. 50 FOR A ROLL WHILE THE GUY WORKING NEXT TO HER IS OFFERING PENS,TAPE,ETC... SO WITH THAT SAID I WASTED MY TIME WAITING IN LINE AND THE OLD LADY INCOMPETENT

Everytime I try to drop something off they have one person working, with a line of atleast 5. This is everytime. I just walked out with out shipping there was one person working and 15 in line. Yes 15. I counted.

This is the Friendliest most customer oriented staff in all of Hillsborough County I have seen. There are pawn shops all Hillsborough County, so that comment doesnt make sense....

Very friendly and helpful. And the self serve machine is right at the entrance if you dont want to wait in line.

next to a pawn shop with bars on the windows. i would not feel safe going here after dark in the winter.
