I have an online business, and most of the time I use FedEx because they never had bad customer service with them or a ship my package to the WRONG address like US post office in North Ridgeville. Three time the send my customer package to the wrong address three freaking times. If you have a business please dont get yourself a headache with them when there a lot better companies out there. when I talk to them, they told me " sorry we dont guarantee the shipment" Really !!! This is the excuse they came up with. Anyway if you tried them Im sure you know what Im talking about. Wish there was a half start..
