First off let me start by saying I have lived in Taylors for 10+ years and so have my number parents. I continuously have issues with this post office and they appear to be getting worse. First the mail carrier put a note in my box earlier this year stating my mail wouldnt be delivered to the approach. (Which she caused by driving through the mud and putting a deep crevice In between the road and my mailbox) So my mail was supposed to be put on hold each day for 30 days until issue was resolved. I then started receiving phone calls from various companies stating that my mail was being returned, even though I sent my wife daily to retrieve the mail from the post office since it was supposedly on hold. On top of that I was trying to get information on how this issue could be resolved and I was told I needed to repair it myself with dirt or rocks, which makes absolutely no sense seeing that i didnt cause the issue. She also stated she would be out to assess and take pictures of damage(Which never happened). Finally I got in touch with the county who then directed to the state in which I was told that the post office was suppose to report the damage to my approach since the post office caused it. So now I got a new mailbox and the road fix (with asphalt, not dirt and rocks) and I am still getting calls that my mail is being returned. Despite us taking the mail off hold, despite the various times my wife has been down to the post office all they can tell her is that it isnt on hold and not being returned to sender. We need to find out what the return label says because it not a mistake on their part and its nothing you can do about it.I am not getting ALL my Mail Everyday and continue to suffer the consequences with no help from them what so ever. From shoving shoes and clothes into a small mailbox because they dont want to get out the truck to the customer service, Taylors post office needs a complete overhaul and new staff! Ive been dealing with this issue since spring/summer and we are in December !!!!!

We have had problems with the delivery of packages. We are a one car family and if one of us is out with the car they dont think we are home. They are still suppose to knock/ring the doorbell regardless. Ive waited for a package before and see them just drive by. I think I got the delivery dates mixed up, but when I go to my mailbox there is the delivery notice. When they do knock on the door, they knock real quickly and then run back to their vehicle and leave. I cant even go 10 feet and open the front door before they are gone. It is extremely frustrating. I then have to wait till the next day before I can drive to the post office and retrieve my package. Ive never had this much problem with a post office until I moved to this area.

I called this location and immediately spoke with a someone. The clerk answering couldnt help me so I immediately was able to speak with the manager. In order for her to help me she required the name of the person that served me and the date of the service. The manager then offered to search through 100s of electronic records to find a tracking number for me. It would have been within her right to say, "sorry sir, your tracking number is required." Even if she fails to find the transaction, this is an excellent example of a public sector employee going the extra mile. Thank you for taking customer service seriously, Taylors Post Office. BUT THEN SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.

This post office is by far the worst. Out of all of the places that I have lived, Ive never encountered so much trouble. We are always getting someones mail that isnt ours. Packages and important mail doesnt make it here. The carrier picked up my package to be mailed out and they have no recollection of it even though it has tracking. We constantly have a different carrier. The neighbors bring us our mail that was delivered to them and we have to do the same. When we are expecting something and the weather is bad out, forget it, she drives right past. Mail is days late. Ugh, I am so fed up! Ive called the post office several times to alert them and there is no change.

My husband and I have had several problems with this branch. After many calls to this post office, we still have problems with mail not getting delivered on time. We get our mail very late in the day, but thats not too bad. I can live with that. When I am expecting a package, after far too long, I get a "second" notice that is really my first. This problem continues after almost a year. We often have to schedule redelivery or go to the post office to pick up packages, even if we were home all day when they supposedly tried to deliver it. Very difficult to work with.

Packages are shoved into our mailbox, ruining not only the packaging but what is inside. Letters and cards are bent, received a note in my box from carrier telling me I could not have my car parked in front of the mailbox (it was in my driveway). Carrier has stuck mail in my car before as well as opened my front door to put package in my house. I have talked to the post office but no resolution, just keeps getting worse

I consistently get my neighbors mail and my packages are delivered to the wrong homes. I have had cards with money not arrive at my home and important bills and letters that I was expecting. The incompetence of the mail woman that is on my route is astounding. No wonder the usps is going under, if this is their customer service it comes as no surprise.

I came to this post office for about a year, once a week at least. Not anymore. Most staff are completely unfriendly and very slow moving. The drop box for packages is jammed 90% of the time. During hours or after hours, doesnt matter the drop box will be jammed so be prepared to wait in line.

Surely the business hours shown here for this post office are incorrect. It shows that this location is open 24 hours a day. Because local post offices have such irregular hours now, it is important to know when one is actually open. This really should be corrected!

Thanks for being so rude to my daughter. She only asked for help with a large package and you had nothing to offer but sarcasm and laughter. She left there in tears. Someone needs to teach costumer service 101 at this branch.

Valuable certification documents that are clearly marked DO NOT BEND are crumpled up in our mailbox. Makes them worthless. Twice in one week!
