Wow. The attitude in this place is terrible. Employees say things like "I dont get paid to listen to complaints." The county has been working on my road for over a year, and every few months one of their contractors squashes the mailbox with a tree or a truck or whatnot. I reform it and put it back. The project is coming to a close in a few weeks and the mailbox will be replaced at that point. The mail lady stopped delivering the mail. I explained the situation to the postmaster twice, and each time I was assured the mail would resume regardless of whether there were a door on the box or not. The mail hasnt been delivered, so I went in today to pick up the mail. While I was waiting for it to be retrieved from the back I hear someone start yelling "Sir"! "Sir, your gonna have to get a P.O. Box"! Sir"! I Look up and I realize this guy is walking out from the back speaking like we were in mid-argument. Super long story shortened for sanity. Now the post office is refusing to accept my mail from senders unless I acquire a post office box, which is not ideal but doable.

If there were a post office in hell, you can be sure that its probably better than this post office. Weve had nothing but issues since moving here. Everything from our carrier leaving packages ON TOP of our mail box -out by the main road- to the most recent outstanding performance of our carrier leaving our mail out in the rain uncovered. In the photo youll see some sandbags we have down around our door to stop flooding. Our carrier used their superior intellect to place our package and mail outside of these sand bags completely exposed to the elements. I guess they figured the water pump we purchased to stop the flooding would work in that box by some sort of magic preventing the box and the mail from being soaked! Look folks, even if you have to drive 5-10 miles elsewhere to visit a post office, that would really be my recommendation. This place is the pits.

Im not really sure why they keep this branch open. Hours are 9-4. Most people cant make that. My wife went in one morning to get stamps on her way to work. With only one person in front of her in line, she waited 20 minutes while the (union) employees chatted, joked around and laughed... anything but working. She had to leave to go to work without her stamps. Tell me again what purpose unions serve in this day and age? This office has nothing but turds and needs to be flushed away. Think Ill throw my mailbox away. All correspondence will be done over the internet or by UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc... And Damn it Google! why do I have to give them a star at all just to post?

My postal person never temps to deliver our packages. Then they close at 4 not allowing enough time to pick the package up. I call to have the package left at the office so I can pick it up then they wouldnt let pick up the package because my name isnt on it and not having the slip they leave since I had them keep it instead of delivering it. Now I have to wait 2 days to get the package when my girlfriend is off work.

Horrible service. They constantly deliver someone elses mail to my mailbox. They have put packages in the wrong lockbox for me. Right now, I have 2 pieces of mail I was expecting to be delivered, one of which is a check, but have not received them after almost 2 weeks. They dont care and are rude when you call them to complain. They are the most inept postal workers I have ever seen.

I called the office to ask them what time they close on Saturday. A girl picked up the phone and told me 12! Come to find out they close at 11! How do you now know your own business hours!!!!??? YOU WORK THERE! Now i got to wait a whole other week to get my package that they hopefully wont send back because it been sitting on their shelves for a very long time because they close at 4!

I am constantly having to call creditors about not receiving monthly statements. And then there are the late fees to deal with.... interest rates that are increased.... and on and on. If only the mail carrier had his/ her mail in order before they left the office. I wonder what other mail that we have never received ??? Probably a lot !!!

Package was "delivered" at 11:54 am at my front door. I got home at 2 pm and there was NO PACKAGE! Either someone walked up to my front door and stole it or it was scanned as delivered and kept by my mailman!! Cant rule out either because both do happen. All I know is that I am out of a $200 order and pissed! Can you blame me? Smh!

Literally sitting in my pouch waiting for a package to deliver as I see the postal man go to my mail box put stuff in it and then drive off! Ding!!!! I get a notification saying they couldnt deliver because there was no secured place to put it????? I watched him make no attempt to deliver this postal office is trash!

They have always been nice to us there, the US post office does a fantastic job when you consider the amount of pieces of mail they handle every day, Im amazed you can send a letter from Florida to Seattle and arrives in three days or less And I have never in my 53 years had a piece of mail not show up

If I could give this post office no stars I would. I sent out a package to be shipped to California and I end up receiving an incorrect receipt and tracking number to Jersey. TIP: Always read the receipt before you leave the post office because you cant expect people to do their job right -.-

Always had a great service, good advice on prices and delivery delay,post office supply free of charge, really not use to it as in Canada we have to pay for every enveloppe or packing stuff and the charges are almost twice if its not 3 times what it cost here. Thank you for your service

The Post Office employees are nice and knowledgeable. downfall is the removal of mail boxes we used to drive up and drop in, the roads are being remodeled, makes it harder to access. They close at 4pm Monday through Friday, Saturday hours are 9am to 11am.

I posted a note that I wanted my daughters USF diploma delivered to the front door. Not only did the postal worker bring it to my door, she placed it in a plastic bag because it was very humid and rainy. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Horrible post office. Not easy to get in or out of. Parking space is limited. Post office wont put your mail in pick up boxes if it wont fit in your pobox. They have 3000 po boxes and 6 pickup oversize boxes. Place is a joke.

This location has lost my passport twice, lost items that they shipped, and after I paid for a year for my p.o. box , 6 months later I get a renewel letter stating my renewal fee is due. Try to avod this Seffner branch.

How the hell am I supposed to ever get anything done at a postoffice that opens at 9 n closes at 4?. Not even banking hours. I gotta go to work late or leave early. B.S. wth? Our government ran operations suck.
