Its a well known fact that the American mail system is a well mechanized machine. However, Ive had a bad experience in my local post office in 10806 Main St, Thonotosassa, FL 33592. I have found mail from my neighbors in my own mailbox, and have no doubt that some of my own mail has been either misplaced, or sent back to its sender. Ive been awaiting a letter for over a month now, and it has been sent back to the sender twice because the mailman, who was a substitute at the time, lost the human touch in knowing that if the card was sent back without verifying because of carelessness, he would be harming a family with kids. I hope that in the best interests of others, no other family is condemned like we were.

Ok, I understand most of the complaints is due to the wait time. Most people are not taking into consideration that this is a small community post office. Our community has grown a lot though and the post office has the same amount of people working for it as it did 15 years ago. There is only 1 clerk there to take care of all the traffic that comes through there on a daily basis. It is the same elderly lady I have seen each time I come in. She is a sweet woman and very fast paced. SHE KNOWS HER JOB AND DOES IT WELL. PLEASE DO NOT REPLACE HER! Clearly something should be done about it. Please put some more workers at this location. This has become a major problem.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I have this post office as my choice for local pickup to my business and they have showed up 2 times in a week and a half. I call the post office everyday and they never answer. This is by far the worst post office in the state of Florida. I wish there were other options but there isnt, but instead i have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to deliver my packages to another post office. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS POST OFFICE TO REPRESENT YOUR BUSINESS THEY WILL FAIL YOU.

Pauline is awesome however Sammy and Angie are so rude and nasty and point blank lie. If Pauline was there I would have gotten my package. I summited a change of address and wasnt able to get my package bc they were too lazy!! Put it on the truck anywsys after told to come back at 3pm that they would leAve it there seems how I couldnt make it to my old address! NASTY AND RUDE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst service ever! I was waiting on a package and it was marked that the address was undeliverable despite the fact that I not only regularly receive mail there, but go another package the same day. Because of this, my daughters birthday gift was late getting to her. Absolutely no remorse for their screw up and no attempt to make it right. 1 star is too generous for these people.

The delivery for the Thonotosassa area just sucks ! I dont care how many times you complain. Now its worse with yet a new driver the past few weeks. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP! We are tired of having items delivered to the wrong address stolen !!!!! The inside is always nice although I just tried to send a registered package only have it returned not enough postage and they stamped it !

Love Pauline! She is so personable and helpful. Ive been trying to sell a few small things on Ebay and shes taken the time to explain multiple processes to me in detail so I could ship things efficiently and cost effectively. She knows me and my son by name and is friendly with him too! Could not ask for a better usps employee. Best postal experience Ive ever had!

Once again........not only at one time did our business checks go to another address, now today I am expecting hardware in order to start a project. Package showed delivered....and of course, not to our address. Sooooo pissed at these people. If you dont care about your job, close the location and let Seffner deliver.

Everyone that works here seems to be happy and hardworking. I started using this location for my business needs about a year ago when the Plant City USPS postmaster decided to not do her job. Theyre always helpful here and take the time to explain if there are any questions.

While the staff at the office is great, the actual mail carrier to the homes in the Williams Rd area east of 301 is terrible. My neighbors and I see each other three times a week to trade our mail.

You just dont find post offices like this any more! The staff here is VERY friendly, its worth the drive to go to a post office where you actually feel like a customer instead of an inconvenience.
