Hi my name is Karen and I am the owner/provider selected for Cross Creek Postal Center. I have read several reviews and would like my readers to understand this station a little more. While we may not be the actual post office, we operate under USPS guidance and rules. We receive a package, it is processed and then gets picked up the same by 3pm. At this all mail received gets taken by USPS driver to Tampa Palm Office for Delivery. After 3pm all mail is then collected for the next day. Staff members are advised to educate customers that this mail will be picked up and delivered for the next day. As a business owner coming from a corporate background, I strive to make all my customers happy. As a new business in New Tampa, I am striving to do the best job. As of 2/17/2017 we have new machines and new processes, stop by and let us help you. Thanks K

I mailed 3 packages and an enveloped card for Valentines Day. As of 4 days later...priority mail there is NO tracking info and last scan was THEIR OFFICE 2/13. They have no explanations. Considering another person in line had the same issue, this P.O in running a THEFT ring. USPS in Tampa Palms said formal complaints have been made RE: this office. Consumers beware that these people steal mail and packages.

This is the best post office in the area. Sometimes it happens to me to go there after closing time, but I have never been disappointed. The staff is super kind, friendly, with an excellent attitude, extremely professional. All of the members always find the way to bring the smile on my face, to make me happy. I highly recommend this post office. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Keep in mind folks this is not an actual post office, it is a post office cpu. They are a business that has a contract with the post office to offer postal services. They merely sell postage and side services ( I think they have a sign shop now or something?). The main post office for this area is located on Bruce B. Downs blvd. in Tampa Palms.

Very nice. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Her husband and her both were still waiting on people even after closing time and with a great, helpful attitude. I have eBay package which I dropped to this post office. Package had expensive solid state hard drives. Package never made it to my client but two weeks later I got peeled label back stating an empty label was found shipped in the mail. Basically someone kept the box and shipped the label ,,VERY SMART.,. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
