My package was supposed to be delivered today with signiture confirmation, instead of getting out of his/her vehicle and bringing the item to my house, the postal worker from this location left a redelivery note. I was home and someone was in my house all day. Unlike UPS where I can drive to the local station and retrieve my package the same day, I have to wait to get it the next business day. The last time I drove to this location which is to be open from 10-4pm MON-FRI, this place was closed. This was a regular business day, in the summer, in the afternoon. I sat in my car for 1 hr and no one showed up. I tried to call the location and received a foreign voice on the answering machine. The USPS website has a glitch in it so I had to wait 20min to file a complaint and schedule a redelivery. I wasted a full day waiting for an item that never showed up and spent 2 hrs on the phone. I will only use and accept packages from UPS from this day forward even if I have to pay.

Been calling for 3 days straight now with mo answer. Even got the numbers for the supervisor amd thr post master amd still no one answers. I was waiting on a package for over a week. When it finally got here they tried to deliver it to my house but no one was home to sign for it. I got a door tag number amd tried to call so i could have it picked up. No answer. I then looked at my tracking number and it said deliver and signed for wirh someone name i didnt know and in a completely different zip code than my address. No wonder usps is having trouble. Fedex from now on.

Still trying to locate my wedding pictures. NO ONE ever answers the f**king phone. EVER! So dont bother. Im actually going to take time off wbrk to drive there and deal with these idiots. The tracking information says they were delivered in my mailbox 4 days ago at 2:05 PM. Well thats hilarious because Ive been anxiously waiting for my WEDDING PICTURES to arrive and I can assure you they werent delivered and I can also assure you the shipping address was correct because I TYPED IT! Will do my VERY best to never have anything shipped through the post office again.

HORRIBLE customer service. Dropped off a package and then went online to enter the tracking info and it was NEVER scanned into the system. Went back the next day and asked the SAME WOMAN I handed the package off to why it isnt showing up as her scanning it in. her response was, "If you gave me the package, then I scanned it." Total B.S. I called customer service since this location NEVER answers the phone and they CANNOT find the tracking in their system either. SO FRUSTRATING because now I am losing a refund on the product I was shipping back!

Horrible. No wonder the Postal Service is struggling. The appearance of the post office is nasty. Dead shrub, cigarette butts, completely unkept. The hours are very inconvenient to the public and the staff is extremely unhelpful. Wont even give you a piece of tape!! I moved here from a smaller town and they dont have a lot of money but the postal service providers were very helpful and the grounds were immaculate. This Post Office is an embarrassment and blemish on Greenville.

This post office stated they delivered my package at 1:19pm Monday Morning. Which was a damn lie because I was off allday Monday and I was at home waiting for this package (which I ordered a month and a half ago!) . I ordered it to be redelivered wednesday and they never showed up . I tried calling the office to get the store hours but no one answered ! They never answered ! They are the worst !!! Ugh.

On rare occasions I receive my package as the postman deems package is undeliverable for some unknown reason. What do I have to do to receive my packages? I called the local phone number to the post office and received the national call center where you requested leave a message and no one ever calls you back.

Best post office experience in a long time. They were extremely helpful selecting a shipping box and helping to assemble it and I saw the same help with other patrons. All done quickly and with a smile. Thanks in particular to Pat.
