This is the worst post office I have dealt with in a long time, if I could rate them 0 star I would. I moved into my apartment July 25 I went the following week to get the key for my mailbox, which the first time I went I didnt get, the dude told me it was going to be $25 for the lock change and they took down my info and were going to call me when they did the change which he told me was going to get done on that Saturday. Well Saturday no lock change! I went back talked to a lady and she apologized and gave me the key and told me I didnt have to pay anything because the mailboxes belong to the post offfice, she told me the lock will be change Weds or Thursday, today is Friday and no lock change !! And thats not all, they put my mail on hold and they dont even know where my mail is at, I got 2 packages and 2 letters but FPL and Water company send me my deposits back and those checks are lost! Definitely the worst post office ever.

This post office is close to my house & across the intersection from the Town & Country library, so its incredibly convenient for me. That said, if I need counter service, Id rather go to the airport branch. The service here can be slow - they dont have enough staff later in the day, which seems to be a peak time from my experience. But, all of the employees are friendly & helpful! My fave feature here is the stamp machine. Maybe all branches have them by now, but this one has been here for years, long before even the airport branch. And, like many other branches, the lobby is always open, so I can stop in for stamps at any time & avoid the crowds. Their mailbox pickup time is quite a bit earlier than their counter hours, so dont count on your mail getting out the same day if you use the box later in the day. I think its 4 or 4:30pm, but Im not sure. Just a warning.

Im now up to my 3rd package that isnt being delivered. No attempt was made to come to my door (Ive been here all day) I had to reschedule my first two packages twice before it even came up in my tracking and now its stuck at "A carrier delay has occurred" We have these nice BIG postal boxes at our mail boxes that allow for big packages to be delivered. We even have this NICE BIG OFFICE right next to the mailboxes that packages can be left at if they are too big to go into those boxes (which Im sorry, a "large envelope, magazine, catalog,etc" is not too big) The last time I saw a postal worker at the mailboxes he was sitting in his little car on his phone. I didnt have time to stop because I was on my way to work but I should have. Making me drive out of my way to go pick up packages I paid to have DELIVERED is absolutely ridiculous!

I was informed by customer service that i would be able to go into post office and receive my package if my mail carrier had not left. I went to post office and all the mail delivery vehicles were still on sight. The lady behind counter laughed at me when I told her what I wanted to do and she said I was wrong and I could never get my package and I would have to wait for the mail to be delivered to my house. I have been able to go and pick of packages from post office previously with the same conditions. She informed me she would talk to her manager, which all she did was stand in the back for a few moments. I saw her just standing there and she stayed that my post man just left.... no post vehicle had even left the establishment. Every time I go into this post office I am always treated poorly and they always have an attitude.

The USPS must be the miost incompetent nauil system on EARTH! I was over charges for a service iDID NOT EVEN REQUEST - then when I called their branch it rang 25 times the first try . A few minutes later ( but well before closing time) I trued again. This time it rang 31 times and the simply cut me off! Their incompetence can only be described as DAZZLING. The service gets WORSE AND WORSE by the week! Now I MUST pay out of my pocked for the mistake that THEIR incompetence made! Our postal service is a NATIONAL DISGRACE. They do not deserve even ONE STAR

Disgusted at the fact that my husband and I have been calling for the last 3 days to speak to someone about not 1 or 2 things but 5 different things that should have been delivered within the last month and cannot get in touch with ANYONE! The phone just rings and rings and rings and then hangs up. GET IT TOGETHER!!! I get having issues with UPS or even FedEx, but with the damn post office????? This is RIDICULOUS. This post office has been reported to Consumer Affairs through the Customer Service USPS for failing to answer their phone!!!!!!!

Im new to the area and when I googled post offices near me, I noticed they all had bad reviews. I was a little concerned because I didnt want something to happen to the packages I needed to send out. I took a chance at this one on Paula Dr and everything went so good. Both of the two customer service people were smiley, patient, and super helpful. Plus my packages arrived earlier than expected, which was an even bigger plus. I trust this post office and will absolutely be returning here! Thanks so much!

Totally incompetant. Moronic, lazy, and complacent. No acccountability for their mistakes...just lame excuses. They killed a prized show fish I had delivered by ignoring the "priority" in my priority shipment. The box was very well labeled "live fish". It sat on their truck from 10:47 am until 6 pm (Florida!) when it was FINALLY delivered. The fish was very dead. The mailmans excuse: "Someone retired today so I covered the shift." Plain ridiculous. Worst service EVER.

I have never had any issue with my mail. I have ordered two items using USPS priority mail shipping, one from Oregon and one from California, both delivered to Tampa, Florida in 2 days, for about $5 each. I have had 2 terrible experiences with FedEx and one with some obscure shipping company used by Amazon where someone in plain clothes dropped a package off at my office at around 8:00 PM in their personal vehicle. USPS is by far the best bet for my money.

They never answer the phone. Im constantly getting mail that belongs to my neighbors. Everytime I make an online purchase, which I dont do a lot because unfortunately they are my local post office, its ALWAYS a hassle. Save yourself from the stress this post office produces and buy whatever you need in the store. Theyll either deliver your package to someone else or just lose it.

Customer service is friendly. The problem I have is with the delivery. I am very often getting other peoples mail, not just from a different condo but for a different building altogether. Ive made many trips to the PO to return boxes, spoken to supervisors but it isnt helping fix the problem. Im concerned about how much mail Im missing myself due to negligence.
