This facility is horrible. The apparent supervisor, Jason Witton, blatantly lied to me about my Priority International package. I called this facility 1/20 at 8:30AM then again at 1/21 at at 7:45AM. The person I talked to told me his name was Jason Witton but for some reason i dont believe him. Jason told me that he was the one that delivered the mail. He told me he went to the front office of my building to ask about this package however the office closed early that day. Also, he told me on the 20th that the package was on its way back out. Im sure after i told him my situation he put me on hold, did nothing, then told me a story to get me off the phone. I just dont understand how somebody can think like this. You are working with mail, very important documents and packages that the public needs. Does this person just have no heart or conscious?

I had a note in my mail box to move the box closer to the street. The mailbox was in the same place for 3 years and now the guy delivering the mail has decided i should move it closer. REALLY!!!!! ARE YOU MORONS SERIOUS!!!!!! I called to speak to a supervisor but i got someone who could hardly speak english. She was rude and told me to move the box she would not stop talking and i could not say anything cause she would not shutup or even listen...I told her i needed my mail because meds were being delivered she told me to bad i said ok ill get an attorney she said go ahead this is the Government. wow makes me proud to be an American.....I guess if you work for the Government you have a license to be ignorant and rude.....I Rate you a big "0"

This post office location is an absolute joke. Not only have they lost important pieces of mail on five separate occasions within the past year, they do nothing to try to correct their mistakes. Instead, they give you a million excuses and promise to have a "supervisor" call you, which never happens. They might as well have their phone services disconnected since nobody has ever picked up their phone. This post office is a perfect example of why usps will eventually go out of business.

There are some good people that work at the post office however, there is clearly a reason they are becoming irrelevant and will be out of business soon. Nobody has answered the phone there in three weeks. My mailbox is clearly marked and STILl after numerous attempts at calling the post office Ive left several notes in/on the box. My mail person must not know how to read. Anything in my box not belonging to us is getting tossed on the ground, not my effing job to distribute the mail.

This must be a very busy site and they must not have many customers cause even over the phone I was simply trying to verify my package was being held there before driving over and I must have been really inconveniencing them. They were snappy, cut me off while I was giving them basic information they asked for, and put me on hold and hung up without a courtesy "please hold" or even "good bye" And I gave them no attitude I swear.

They regularly mark packages as delivered that never shows up. There have been a few times where a package marked signature required has been marked as delivered with a signature, but the package was not delivered and a signature could not be shown or verified. This location regular shows a level of incompetence that exceeds what should be considered acceptable anywhere.

I dont know who my letter carrier is but I just watched her throw my package from the street onto my porch. She did same thing at two other houses. There is a lighted mirror in my package that is now broken. Im beyond pissed. I even tried to get her attention but she was too busy talking on her cell phone. I will be filing a formal complaint online.

My mail has been return to sender, I talk several times to the supervisor and no positive results, last time I call her she was going to return may call ... I am still waiting .. and meanwhile I have no mail ! it is incredible the lack of efficiency and professionalism of this particular post office

I have never had a problem with mail until I moved to an area serviced by this post office. I have had 4 important pieces of mail missing from this post office and hear nothing but excuses when I try to speak to someone. There are days that the postman doesnt even deliver to my complex.

This place is horrible. They have lost 3 of my packages. The delivers are horrible. They dont even put the mail into the mailbox but leave it in front of your door ... who does that! Im to the point until I just tell them not to deliver any of my packages.

- Tell you they will call you back and then never do - Fail to forward mail properly - Some discourteous staff over the phone - Couldnt find my package after a week - Told me it was probably lost and that "there is no solution".

The supervisor was supposed to give me a call within two business days to confirm that they will hold my missing mail, but they never did. I called the number listed for this USPS many times and they never picked up the phone.

The package was noted as undeliverable so Im trying to find out where can I pick it up/ if they have it. So I have called at least 15 times today and no one has answered the phone.

This is primarily a sorting facility. Its not a Full Service Post Office and they probably are not able to help you. Youre better off going by the airport or Howard Ave.

This is not a regular post office where you can buy stamps, send packages etc. It is a hub/distribution kind of office. It is a pick up/hold location.

These people do not answer the phone. USPS gives out the number, tells you to call them and they dont answer. I mean really. This place is a joke!

This place should be listed as an ANNEX not a Post Office. You only pick up packages here, you cannot do anything else. Please update this listing!
