Unqulified mail delivery ! looses mail in our apartment complex and gives our mail to the wrong people even though they claim they got a mail new carrier . THEY NEVER DELIVER YOUR MAIL TO YOUR APARTMENT DOOR EVEN IF ITS A OVERNIGHT!!!!!!! TERRIBLE ! They claim nobody answered. COME ON WE KINOW THEY NEVER GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK! REPORTING THEM TO THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN! They suck! THEY ALSO NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! If you are lucky to receive your mail correctly , you never get it on time estimated ! Lazy Office

Don t listen rolls eyes no one at the desk the argues about a mail box full notice not sure why i got it bit i did and my box has never bee over flowing i do get a lot of mail that does not belong to me plus junk mail that i do not want how can i set it up that i only get mail addressed to me the means no junk mail?????????

These people arent very nice. I understand having a job to do but if you hand me a green card and say come in to get a package thats what Ill do. Dont act like Ive in convinced you. Now they got 4 stars because the regular mail man that comes to my house is amazing. He deserves 5 but the people there ruined that for him

They shouldnt even get one star. The passport phone number goes to voicemail the multiple times Ive called over the course of a week. When I called the main PO number I got a rude employee that said just keep trying the passport number that is the same number they use. This is not helpful or a solution.

They will not even answer their phone. I have called four times in a row now. The first time they picked up the phone but didnt talk. Government workers give VERY poor service!! I would give them 0 stars but it wont let me. They lose my packages. They have lost two of them so far!

SHOULDNT EVEN GET A SLIVER OF A STAR!!!! Worst Service Ever. Rude and disrespectful staff. Not to mention 2 other post offices say the hours are till 4 meanwhile they close at 3. Wasted 3 hours of my day driving around for my mail and get told cant help you come tomorrow at 10am.

Most post office closes around 5:00 or 6:00,this one closes at 3:00pm. You have to take half day from work to pick up a package if you missed the delivery. Theres no use for anybody who works full time to have a post office with part time hours(9:00 to 3:00).

the customer service is almost funny, the person I talked to consistently told me I was wrong when I said my package had not been delivered and kept repeating basic instructions telling me to do something I had already done for three days straight

Worst possible customer service known to man. Couldnt even offer me your services to hold my package at the post office. I will never use this post office again. Fix your staff with people who are actually helpful and want to assist customers.

I was waiting home to get the package. I sat right by the door working on my computer. I never heard anyone knock. when I went to track my order online, it says I missed the delivery. the guy did not even bother knocking

Worst post office known to man. All employees reach a sub 90 iq, have terrible attitudes. How the hell do you close at 3pm? Dont like your job? Quit ya drug addicts
