By far the best post office in Asheville! My fiancé and I choose to travel to this location over the two that are closer to our home for the unbeatable service. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Laura, who always patiently listens to my many questions and helps with my general ignorance on how to ship things. She also helps me to save money and find the most efficient way to package things. I highly recommend this location (and getting in Lauras line if you can, always a laugh)!!!

Laura has unacceptable manner toward customers while she was having difficulties on her computer system. She was very rude and unprofessional because she expressed her frustration and anger in front of all customers. Her manager had to pull her out of the counter. She didnt apologize and kept complaining loud while she was leaving her station. Please learn some professionalism when you have your name tag on yourself there.
