I had a HORRIBLE experience, felt threatened and have never been treated so impolitely by anyone, much less a store I wanted to purchase something from. The owner was rude and aggressive towards me, while his co-worker looked on and did nothing. They refused to even look up shipping rates for me to try to decide between services, saying it was a "waste of their time", even though I was the only customer in the building. I would NOT RECOMMEND supporting this business and do not understand how they can treat customers so poorly. Unfortunate, since I own a company that ships things daily and they would have been convenient.

Absolute incompetence! I thought I returned a package there via FedEx a week ago and when I called to try to procure a tracking number 2 employees tried to tell me there was nothing they could do and then whoops! my package was still there. Even though they had my email address they never contacted me. So a $300 camera sat there unsent and they were just gonna let it collect dust. Outrageous!

Hate to do this to a local business but these guys are crooks. USED to be a great place until the old owners sold it. The prices have gone through the roof. Tried to mail a package the other day to TN, owner said it would be 39.00, went to FedEx and the same package was delivered for $18.98. Avoid if you value your money.

Bad service & very unprofessional. The one paper I needed them to fax didnt go thru even after waiting over 15 minutes. During the wait, they discussed politics in the most disturbing way(unprofessional)& the fax never went thru(bad business). Ups will be where I get things done, not here. I wont be back.

I like using this location to ship packages because they can do USPS as well as DSL, and the employees are always really friendly. Its a little hard to find because it doesnt have frontage on Tunnel Road - its actually behind the big Firestone store.
