Called the Arden location at 4:58 and told them I had a packaged that I promised a customer I would have out that day and asked them if they would be able to help me if I get there by 5:02 - the woman replied "we close in 1 minute" Enough said. This never would happen at UPS or FedEx. Counting down the day till USPS fails because of workers like this.

A small local US Post Office. The folks there are friendly and courteous. And YES they do maintain regular operating hours. I visit here and use their services often. Conveniently located on Hendersonville Rd in Arden, NC. Lots of parking and easy to find.

Rudest customer service, offers absolutely zero help and takes an irritated tone with you when you ask questions. If you need help, youre better off cutting your own arms off then laying in the road to die than calling this place

My mail was coming really good and early (for a change) between 1:00-2:00 for several months. Now its coming late again. At around 5:00 - 5:30. What seems to be the problem here? This does not make good customer service!
