I hate having to call and make complaints but this morning I had to do it. I have been here for 2 years and every time I get the wrong mail, I send it back and write wrong address. It never stopped. I have been getting this womans toll ticket and the such the ENTIRE time I have lived here. I have had neighbors bring me my mail that was placed in their box. It has not gotten any better, it actually has gotten worse. The other day on my way home from work at 7 in the morning, I go by, and a complete tower of the community mailbox was wide open with the postmans master key inside! The last straw was today when I checked my mailbox and did not get one piece of mail for myself, but a complete box full of my neighbors stuff including social security papers and bank statements! I wonder where he put MY mail!!!!! Tbh, Im borderline angry!!!! Im not important or anything, but I have very sensitive things that I expect to be delivered via USPS!!!!! Ugh!

Our mail carrier thought that because she threw our packages over the fence into the side yard once that it would be ok to continually throw our packages in the yard where they are not in anyones line of sight. She also thinks its ok to leave a pink "pick-up slip" in stead of knocking on the door when a signature is require. She did this twice. We were expecting an important check in the mail, my husband took off of work to be there on the delivery date and she didnt even knock, just left a slip in the mail box. I called to lodge a complained and she actually told her supervisor that because we didnt complain the first time she did these things that she thought she would continue doing them. Then she tried to say that the gate wasnt open to leave the packages by the front door. But heres the catch... THERE IS NO GATE. Now my package that she tossed over the fence is SOAKING WET and mushy. Thanks, lazy lady!

I just had two (2) packages delivered, the woman looked up at me and dropped them both from waist height on my front porch as I opened the door for here, turned around and walked away. She said nothing, frowned and literally had no Idea what was in the packages she had just thrown at me on my own front door entrance. The large box was heavy, but it should not have been handles the way it was, nor should the smaller boxed that flew off when she threw the big package down. I intend to let Amazon know they may be making a poor choice thru this post office, as this is my second complaint.

I love this USPS location! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they are MUCH faster than any other USPS location in Citrus County! Our mailman is awesome, too! Hes friendly and always on time.
