They can only do so much when it comes to finding and fixing problems with shipped packages. Even when they dont have all the information they need they still go above and beyond to do what they can to help. I have yet to come in contact with an employee that was amazing and wonderful to talk to!! I post a LOT of packages and have dealt with a Lot Of postal workers. This is the best post office on all levels that I have been able to have the pleasure of working with!

Our mail carrier has put our mail in the wrong mailbox multiple times! I have filed a complaint and it would appear nothing was done because she has lost the package my husband was expecting to receive today. His tracking said it was delivered a half hour before my package was delivered so someone found themselves and expensive gift... Thanks USPS....

You can not contact a person at the post office, you get computers will they should use computers to deliver the mail to Wilkins Corners as the person who delivered on the 24 July 2017 can not shut the door to the mail box.....this is not the first time and I have complained but they dont change...................tired of wet mail

Every time I have been here there is only 1 person working inside. If you have a package that arrived at the post office but was not sorted and out for delivery, they will not go back and look. Theyll simple say it should be delivered tomorrow.

The mail man will not stop and collect the mail in my mailbox with the flag raised if he doesnt have anything to leave you. Thats so not right and it delays the turn around time on my bills, cards or anything else I am sending out.
