The new post master is not the best in customer service. The clerks are great and know most everyone by name. This guy is rude. We called a complaint to the main office and they were concerned that he is making up his own policies. Lived here all my life and never had any issues before this guy. 1 star for the post master, 5 for the clerks.

This post office have the most disrespectful, rude employees there I have ever been around in a post office. I hope a couple of them learn to build customer service skills because they definitely need the training. The post lady that does Fairfield Beach area she is a wonderful really nice lady.

This office employs thieves and liars. Our carrier has stolen dozens of packages from us over the past year and a half. The office does nothing, and continues to let this guy work there. If you can have your packages sent elsewhere, DO SO.

Ive had trouble with service in the past. But hey most of the working world works 8-5. How about adjusting hours so people can get packages after work. Saturday is the only time I can get into office.

They wont let my family member pick up my mail for me. Im in a wheelchair and have a hard time getting to the post office. Her name on on our account and they still wont allow it.

Mail from the Smile More store is going out we have to make 3 trips to the post office a day because @USPS will not send enough trucks!!
