If I was able to give negative stars I would. My experience here was horrible! The customer service specifically by Erich, Ralph, and the lead SSA were most definitely unqualified, rude, and unkind associates of this specific USPS! I dont recommend renting out a PO Box because even if you are the primary account holder it, they can close your box out at any point in time without notification. Additionally, my package was signed by K. Kitchen and she told me she has no clue where my package is in the post office. Sounds like my package was stolen. Horrible service and would not recommend using this post office to ANYONE!

I just wanted to voice my opinion about the service and personnel that I have met since moving to Lutz, Florida. My zip code is 33558 so I hope I have the correct office. My mail carrier is named Johnny. I have never met a more pleasant and polite young man working in a basically solitary position. I dont remember complaining about any service I have received however if I did I feel that Johnny would have a positive and calming reaction. Has to be the worst in the state. Seriously. Hours adjusted to avoid people going to work...........and then you have the immigrant woman there from India or Pakistan complaining on how bad this country is and how bad the wages are, she wants to get on disability and its still says she has to do some work, ect. Every flippin time I hear it. The postmaster there would not make it one day in private business...........its known as a post office where the flunkies go. AVOID if you can.. Being honest here. One star is generous

Only giving 1 star because its required. I spoke with a customer service rep two days ago who assured me my delivery will get here in 2 days. Just called to see where it was, and was told USPS takes care of too many orders to keep track of their own packages, so they either sent it back to the sender or threw our job out ("Recycled" is the word I was given). I have never seen such lack of customer service nor lack of accountability. Truly disappointing.

Terrible location. If I could give zero stars I would. The hold 2-day shipping packages for 4 days without scanning or sorting EVERY time I ship something. Ive watched packages get picked up and then spend 5 days at the facility before they scan the tracking number. The women who work here are hateful and complain they dont get paid enough to ship packages in a timely manner. I am disgusted by their attitude and lack of service.

We came home today finding our mailbox open and all our mails are scattered on the street. There is nothing wrong with our mailbox. Its closing tightly. We just hope that the mailman is actually closing it after putting all the mails inside. Other times, we also find our neighbors mails mixed with ours. We have great respect to them; I hope they do the same to what they do.

They were in a rush and sent my package to ny instead of atlanta making my items late and it was for a hug photoshoot and they leave to jamaica tomorrow. I am contacting costumer service as soon as they open tomorrow. Very rude you girl working and screwed up one of the biggest business opportunity of my life.

This post office sucks! The day my items were supposed to be delivered I got a note that said I had to pick up my items from the post office because the delivery man was too scared of my little jack Russell barking through the window to deliver my items to my door.
