This review is about those who "WORK" out of this office, from recent experiences. It was uploaded online to the "official" site, but we all know that nobody will read or care about that . . . but if you are having trouble receiving your mail, this might be why: Our regular carrier in our neighborhood (Ayersworth Glen, Wimauma) is wonderful, efficient, and always goes way beyond what is required of her. However, when she is sick or off duty, her "substitute" is the exact opposite of her. LAZY INCOMPETENT WORTHLESS Why would I say such things? Because "delivery" of a "registered mail" item consists of more than simply placing a "final notice" in the cluster box, and driving your lazy butt on to the next box. Im pretty sure that you are actually supposed to WADDLE your lazy butt up to the door where the letter is addressed to, and either KNOCK or RING the bell in your attempt to "deliver" the package or letter. THEN, if no response, waddle your lazy butt BACK to the cluster box, THEN leave such a notice. "Sorry we missed you?" LOL two of us were home ALL DAY, with a car parked IN THE DRIVEWAY, no less, and NOBODY waddled up to the door to "deliver" anything. It actually (probably?) took the lazy slob longer to WRITE OUT THE NOTICE than it would have taken to actually DELIVER the letter. This would be funny if I had not been waiting a month for that package, and hadnt driver 10 miles to get it, to find a post office that closed AT FOUR pm. So yes I get to waste ANOTHER hour of my time, tomorrow, simply because of this lazy, incompetent, WORTHLESS "employee" of the USPS. Bloody hell. Wonder why everyone else is BEATING the USPS? And why NOBODY likes the USPS? THIS IS WHY. Ive had UPS leave packages on my doorstep at 10 pm. Why? Because they had a commitment to deliver something THAT DAY, and they did it. But the lazy "substitute" slackers at the USPS wont even waddle up to your DOOR to deliver something. If you are not willing to do YOUR JOB, then why are you "working" at the post office? Please FIRE this useless worker ASAP. HE or she is giving the FEW good USPS workers that are left . . . a very bad name. BTW, this isnt the FIRST time this lazy slacker has done this. It happens ALL THE TIME. I just happen to care more because this time I NEED the part. A copy of this complaint was submitted online, and will be hand delivered to the supervisor at the office where I am FORCED to go to get my mail "delivered." Not that any of you care. Just don’t expect us to care when your jobs are being eliminated. Hell, we probably won’t even notice.

Same situation as last review in same area. I know this because our normal maillady, Hong, is wonderful. Ive never missed a delivery in the span of 4-5 years when she was in charge. That has changed with the other guy showing ip more and more, he seems to be running some of, or filling in her routes. I was running a successful business. Bring Hong back or lose my account of several parcels in/out daily! Instead of getting what I needed on time I came home to a delivery notice. Two pkgs, neither require signatures. I choose how to ship/receive everything based only on cost and having no surprises. My two parcels were never scanned at the local unit, nor scanned as out for delivery (I didnt even have a chance to be available). Oh, and my mailbox is under lock and key, AND I have TWO large additional mailboxes under lock and key that could have been used, but werent! WHY!? I work all the time too, I cannot pick up what I PAID to be DELIVERED!!! Heres a fair deal: after I go and pick up what was supposed to be a delivery, I will delete this review. BUT... ONLY IF... the packages are too large to fit in my mailbox or the other HUGE STEEL OFFICIAL POSTAL APPROVED LOCKBOXES THAT ONLY YOU AND I WOULD HAVE THE KEY FOR!!!

We have had this post office for 30 years, and up until a month ago never had an issue with them. Our route carrier we used to have has always been efficiant and courteous, but the one we have now is just plain lazy. I had a pack, excuse me, lol just as I am writing this, she pulled up, threw my package out the window and took off! WTH? She did this last week and I called the post office to tell her never do this! There are dogs that dont belong to me that run around and might carry it off. Last week I had a package sent back because no one notified me it was there! I am way beyond frustrated with this, I want my old carrier back. This one will not be getting any Christmas cookies this year.

SO ANNOYING!!!! Whenever I have a package that needs a signature, the mailperson never bothers to deliver it to. I have stood right there on my steps waiting for him to give me the package...but no, he sees me standing there, leaves a badly filled out "Sorry we missed you card" and then takes off. I am so annoyed with this idiot!!! He does this every time. In addition, the phone number that is printed on this ridiculous "Sorry we missed you" card is out of service. Come on Wimauma Post Office...lets get it together!

I ordered items online and paid for 2 day shipping which would be Saturday I received a notice in my email that the usps tried to deliver the item at 9:15 a.m but was unable to. We had our gate open, both of our cars parked outside waiting for the packages. No one delivered anything to our door. I am extremely disappointed at the USPS system now I have to wait for the next business day to get my items.

Nice post office in good location. The place was clean and the employees were nice. The line moved quickly and all was well. The lobby is open 24/7 for easy access. There is plenty of parking. I shipped my package for a low cost and everything went smoothly.

My Package said out for delivery at 8:38am and its not even 8mim away from my house to yhe post office but its 5:22pm and its still not here. Lazy people!!!

Whoever works the late shift is extremely rude. No wonder posts offices are going out of business. Ill never deal with this office again.
