This sub station is the worst post office Ive ever had the displeasure of being in. I sell on ebay and when I lived in Pinellas county I sent packages for 5 year and never had one lost. Ive had 2 lost in five months sending out from this post office. And when I went in there to find out information with my tracking number the girl started to look it up on the usps app on her phone. I said forget it I can do that and walked out. First package was damaged beyond repair, post office refuses to pay the claim on it, second package was lost for ten days and now today a day after I filed a claim on it, it magically arrived. And the Zephyrhills main office is no help either.

What a friendly place! The ladies who run this Post Office (Annex?) are the friendliest bunch Ive met at a Postal facility in a while. Calm, patient, ready with a smile, they are really nice here. I just wish Wesley Chapel had its own regular Post Office. But then again, this is Florida. For some reason Post Offices here, are an afterthought. :/

Would rate 0 stars if possible. I used overnight express delivery containing my son, daughter, and my birth certificates and other personal information only for them to tell me they cannot find it. Now my personal information along with my kids are lost due to this post office. Would not recommend this post office to anyone in the 33544 area code.

I had a great experience here today. I was shopping internationally, process was smooth and very easy. The girls working were both very friendly and this has got to be the cutest post office Ive ever been in. I will come here for all my shipping needs.

I had a small online business and I have always used them. I have sent several packages throughout the years and not even one has gotten lost. They have a lot of shipping supplies and the women who work there are very friendly.

I ship hundreds of packages a month. The one time I Dropped off a prepaid package at this location it never got scanned or shipped out. Now its nowhere to be found. Now Im out money and my client didnt get their item.
