I stopped my mail for a week while I was out of town. When I returned, there was mail in the mailbox probably since Tuesday (the ads come on Tuesday) then the remainder of the mail was delivered on Sat. without the "stop mail" notice. I printed it out, so I KNOW the mail was not supposed to be delivered from May 5-12 and restart on May 13th. Whats up with that? Also, in March I sent a very small package to my son in Indiana. He received a notice that there was postage due. He went to the post office several days before the expiration date and was informed that the package had been returned. This is May 14th and I still have not received the package. Im thinking the US postal service is terribly inefficient.

It took this post office three days to send a package from Brandon to Tampa , a distance of under 20 miles. I checked for blizzards or hurricanes that could explain this , but to no avail. This bunch richly deserve their miserable rating, so perhaps a change of management at this place is called for followed by a swift kick up the a-- to the staff

I went to send a package that weight 12 pounds and they were going to charge me $26 and that was the lowest price plus $3.00 for the tape!!! Wtf they charge you to tape your box too!!!!! I went to Office Depot they charge me $18.80 and tape my box for free! I will never go to the post office horrible Costumer Service and too expensive....

Worst service, recently 3 timely didnt deliver package saying invalid address... once Return to sender and they never got it.... 2nd time tried delivering 3 times and in last attempt they delivered... And now yesterday its third time, lets see what happens to my package...

Not only are they very ignorant, the carriers are very incompetent and unprofessional. Ive never had trouble with the USPS like ive had with the Oakfield location. Needs to replace everyone in the building with those who want to provide a good service!!

Always busy , not enough employees. Nothing against men customer service but my experience is they are too slow. I waited in line for 45min on a Saturday just to send a priority package that should have taken 10min to process.

This people are useless. Two times they have left my package in a different mailbox. And of course when you go and explain to them what had happened they are clueless on how to help you. A waist of time every time you go there.

myself and my son arrived to apply for our passports at 1:15 pm it is clean, freindly and very busy place, and great service. The lady that helped us and took our photos and DS-11s is fantastic!!
