Opened a P.O box. Was only issued one key. Finally got the second key. Went to test said key. Key wasnt the right key and got STUCK in the box. I rented the box for 3 months. It is time to renew, the key is STILL stuck in the box and I am unable to check the mail. I am in line now to cancel it. Terrible. Its been 3 months.
