Constantly having problems with this postal service. For 3 months, I had a monthly subscription box delivered to my apartment and it was put in my mailbox. For some unexplainable reason, the mail carrier decided to leave my subscription box at my doorstep because my neighbor told them to. I dont understand why the mail carrier would listen to my neighbor and leave my box at the door. When I got my box, the items inside were broken. Another time the mail carrier left a note in my mailbox on a Saturday saying my package was in the apartment office. Its funny because my apartment office isnt open on Saturday. I still decided to check with my apt office and my package was not there when I went on Monday morning. Went to the main post office to find where my package was and now the carrier cant "find" my package. This is RIDICULOUS. I am not even upset that my package wasnt delivered, I am livid because no one can locate it. Whats the point of having a tracking number when it doesnt serve its purpose.

Horrible people and service. I ship a lot of packages for business and buy postage online. If I bring prepaid packages to the post office to drop them off, they make me stand in the line with people buying postage which is so stupid since I already did all the work for them. They told me to request a pick up. When I request a pickup the post man would dump the packages outside on the ground near the store entrance door (seriously) and would run to his truck as fast as he can. I didnt know they could run. The ones that work at the post office can hardly move and just throw packages like trash. I even tried to chase the post man a few times begging him to take my packages. He would either ignore me or would tell me that he was too busy to do a pick up. I called the manager at the post office but he didnt care. No wonder USPS is losing money. They dont care about their customers. Just a bunch of lazy people without education hanging out at the post office doing nothing and collecting big pay checks.

Just moved to Spartanburg, Sc around March from Ohio. Ive gotten every piece of mail/package since Ive been here. All of a sudden within the last 2 weeks I noticed my mail wasnt coming like it should and I had packages to be delivered 6/23/17 never got them nor did usps update the tracking numbers. Called this location yesterday spoke to the supervisor and an associate both rude, and to cut the story short the supervisor states the carrier marked the house a vacant took both packages back to the post office and and stopped my mail. How the hell do you stop someones mail and say their house is vacant when theres 3 cars parked in the drive way and 2 dogs that bark when the mail is delivered?? And the carrier delivered a package Saturday 6/24 and waved to me at my door. So now I have one package found and now I gotta file a claim for the other package they lost. Horrible all the way around

This place is beyond the worst of the worst and is obviously run by someone who takes no pride in themselves or their work not to mention a total lack of people skills. I was told to get a p.o. box because sometimes I got mail and then for days nothing only to be followed by a bunch in a rubber band. Now since taking the rude persons advice my mail cant be found where it should be after 3 weeks has passed since changing to the p.o box so all I can assume is that because of my initial complaint they are holding up my mail. I think the postmaster at this location needs to be investigated as does how this location is being run. Let someone mess with your mailbox and its a federal offense let Spartanburg SC post office screw directly with your mail and that apparently is ok.............. I would have given negative stars if I could have because they dont even deserve one star!

As an employee of a business that has mail that goes out EVERY WEEKDAY, we expect the USPS to pick up our mail EVERY WEEKDAY. Our business is downtown and we do not have a mailbox. Our mail is kept inside for pickup. Was told by several postal carriers that if they do not have mail to deliver, they are not allowed to stop to pick up mail unless a flag is up. We dont have a flag nor a mailbox as most of the businesses on Main Street. So my question to the post office is....HOW DO WE GET OUR MAIL PICKED UP DAILY WHETHER WE HAVE MAIL COMING IN OR NOT??? Our carrier WILL NOT come in because he does not want to be penalized.

This office is in charge of the route to my house. Almost every week we get mail for other addresses and very important mail of ours has been put in our neighbors box. We sometimes even get mail for a house on an entirely different road. Recently we received a notice that packages we are waiting for have been delivered. What we received was a package for our neighbors and our packages are no where to be seen. On multiple occasions I have tried to speak to someone in charge about these issues. No one seems to be in charge and the manager is never available.

I called to ask for assistance with verifying a USPS money order and the man on the phone was just horrible. plainly did not want to help and told me to put it in my bank. A big part of using USPS is that they can verify and be sure it is legitimate. if i put it in my bank i have to wait and see and hope. I was hoping all the reviews for this branch were wrong but apparently they are spot on. The customer service here was terrible for me. Just government workers feeling untouchable in their position.

This post office is in charge of the mail routes including the one to my house in the area. I have complained multiple times about my mailbox being left open and having to fish bills and other important materials out of the ditch. Quality in service is highly lacking when this can not be resolved within one complaint more importantly the fact that this complaint should even arise is a complete lack of professionalism on the drivers part.

Never answer the phone, and then someone answered and hung up so the phone would stop ringing. Trying to delivery package at 9pm or 6am in the morning. Name one business that isnt retail that is open that early or stay open that late. I will never buy anything again that ships through USPS. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

Consistently poor customer service at this location. There some employees that have an attitude while helping you and they dont always answer the phone when you attempt to call them. I also have issues with the local carriers delivering incorrect mail to different locations and issues with the lock box at my complex.

Ive been there 2 times this past week to mail out packages and Ive had a good experience both times. I wasnt there more than 5 minutes both times, more than 2 people behind the counter, very helpful if you just ask. I have no complaints!
